I feel claustrophobic when I go to this store, because the aisles are very narrow and the place seems overclustered with items like the associates just threw as much items as they could on the shelves with no system of organization in place. I find it difficult to find anything in this store since, the items are in random aisles so you have to look through every crook and cranny to find anything useful. It doesn't help that the customer service is non-existent. I can't find any associate to ask for help and get some guidance of where to go, to find any items. Additionally you have to double check any item that you find there, because I find a lot of the items look used and broken. I found the majority of items are dirty, cracked, or broken on shelves. Therefore, it takes too long to find any items there since, I find that only one item out of the seven or more items on the shelves are intact and clean, instead of dirty and broken. I don't recommend and I feel that people should only go there as a last resort, if you want to find some cheap home items. There are some items that are only a couple of bucks so, if your on a budget than it's worth a look, but always double check the price because, I found out from other consumers that the items can go from cheap to ridiculously expensive, depending on what your looking at so be cautious when shopping there. You don't want to pay an arm and a leg for items that looked like they survived some type of...

Definitely my favourite HomeGoods around town. Sadly I had to come here today to change my review back to 0. I always brought my French bulldog with me to this store in person cart with closed zippers. Almost all employees at this store always welcomed us and always made us feel good with out little pet since he’s always in his closed cart. Today an employee I have never seen before escorted us out because HomeGoods policy is not pet friendly. Surprised as they sell dogs treats, beds etc. Where I’m dissatisfied , that same employee saw another family with a Golden walking on the store floor and didn’t intervene nor asked them to leave. I tried to reason with employee to understand why this sudden decision as we shopped there for few years, employee just got more annoyed and became unprofessional. So we decided to leave to avoid drama in public. But this experience made it clear that we won’t be visit any homegoods going forward. At the entrance, no signs or the welcoming employee have said anything to us walking in. Which surprised me when this employee pull his veto and...

I visit this HomeGoods about once or twice a year. They have such huge amount of products that it gets overwhelming lol. But today’s visit was more productive. I saw a nice Tommy Hilfiger bed cover for a decent price. Also my daughter picked a Bluey children’s book.

The store had lots of Halloween decor items, candies, popcorns and so many other things. The kitchen, bedding, and Bath sections were more crowded than others.

Our checkout took few minutes. Three lanes were open but still it was little slow. The store in general is clean, but in different sections at times it’s very messy and unorganized. Not many associates around either to assist or tidy up things. Still it’s a very popular destination...

HomeGoods Happy - now. Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, William Sonoma Home, and Z Gallarie for years - sad. I paid retail (and then some). Oh, all the money I could've saved, if I only knew about HomeGoods. Great for seasonal items, and decorative pillows. Watch out! Don't get too carried away, and overspend by "saving". Clean, well - lit, adequate staff, occasionally cluttered, and a trip hazard, so be careful. Acceptably clean gender - specific bathrooms, adjacent parking lot, and AMEX friendly. $$ out of $$$$$. I would recommend HomeGoods (and less sales tax in the NJ vs NY stores).
