Eastern Audio — Attraction in Clovis

First off, customer in service in Clovis is beyond horrid. However, Eastern Audio's customer service is just top notch. I came in to purchase a deck for my 2008 Honda Pilot. The one I had in mind ran about $400 retail, after talking to Zack he informed me that the brand I was shopping for has been having some issues with reliablity. I have had great experience with this company but took his word for it since he is a professional. I ended up looking at a JVC(Kenwood) double din with DVD playback. Model is a JVC KW-AV60BT which retails for $430. They started at retail price but took a little off the top from the get go. I thought the price was slightly high but was willing to pay if it was quality work. After talking to my wife we decided to not get the Bluetooth option. which saved us about $30 right off the bat. After talking with them about the price they came down lower and I feel it was a great price for both of us. I do realize they need to make a profit. After the install Eastern Audio was not satisfied with the fit and finish of the install kit. They said immeadiatley that they are going to replace it and even wrote it in my receipt. I am leaving for a road trip soon so it will have to be after I get back. I really don't think it looks that bad but if they think they can clean it up a little more then be my guest. I would deffinately recommend them to anyone looking into Mobile Audio/Video...........P.S. they also did a full custom stereo on my buddies Genesis coupe and it is very nice as well. 5 STARS...

When I had purchased my own brand new system set up , I bought a 1200 watt Amp also a brand new 10 in sub with 4 brand new kicker speakers for my inside. When I first walked in I was very impressed by their equipment and trophies, the owner is very professional and kind and helpful. I was very satisfied with his service. The pricing was very high I spent around in all 700 just for the installation even though I bought my own speakers n everything, its 125$ an hour for labor fees. I waited up there for them to do the install and the workers in the back we're smart asses to me saying "oh its going to take hours" . I have only 1 vehicle so I cant leave . After waiting hours, I got my car back and my anti theft alarm would not stop going off every time Id open my door, my inside lights would flash on my dash . I own a toyota camry, I pulled my anti theft fuse and it disabled it . Then my back side panel was completely hanging un put back together. Also less than a week of getting my install my brand new subwoofer blows and I had to go back to buy a new one , luckily the owner helped us after seeing all of our issues and gave us a half off price on an...

Aftermarket subwoofer installed. My electrical system has since gone to the dogs. No help in assisting afterwards. I will not be back. $300+++ wasted . (Just for 4 wires hookup) When I picked up the car initially the battery was dead, was assured there was no problem. After a jump it started. Within a week my battery was dead , $400 replacement. And when I went back I got a whole story about BMW and that they are known for mechanical wiring issues. I had not one even 1 single issue prior to this install. Never even hesitated in refunding my money, scam artists. I’ll never be back and will not refer to anyone. Bad company , bad assistants, bad all around. I could have at least been given my money back, shabby to say the least....
