Something Different Grill — Restaurant in Clovis

We have been loyal customers for years. However, the last 3 times we have gone to the Prince location they have messed up on our order. We never spend less than $50 on our family dinner here, so it is REALLY frustrating. Tonight we ordered on the app as usual, my husband asked the lady at the window if that was all of our order when she handed him 2 bags, she said "yes sir, that's it". When he got home we were missing half of our order. So, my husband went back, and they acted like it was our fault. My husband asked if we would get a discount or free dessert or something, and she said " no, the bag is sitting right here sir". Then, when he got back with the food, there was no teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki bowl, and the tortillas (which I paid extra for double tortillas) were hard like crackers! And the green chile stew was not even a little bit warm. We were all so dissapointed with this experience. And, if it was just a fluke thing, I would let it go. But, we have had problems the last 3 times....We are sad because this used to be one of our...

We wanted to give this place a try as we are new to the area, ordered our food at the window and then waited about 25 minutes for our food. The car in front of us who had just pulled forward when we ordered got a gift card due to their long wait time. However we were not given this. No big deal. Thankfully I checked our food and found we were missing a kids chicken nugget meal, made sure to mention we wanted ranch with it and they ran back into check for it. After waiting a few more minutes the food is brought to us. We hurry to get home and find that the chicken nuggets were not hot, ranch was missing and the fries were not cooked all the way through. None of our other food choices were very good- a bowl, spaghetti and a kids mac n cheese. The fried pickles would have been good if they could have been eaten warm. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend...

The employees are probably some of the most unprofessional, moody, and out right rude in all of Clovis!!!! It was impossible to call in an order due to them talking amongst themselves when answering the phone, then they told us to just go to the store to order. As we walked in we weren’t greeted by the employees soaking the floor in mop water. Register lady PERCY was rushing us through our order, was cussing during our order, and called us “rude mfckers” as we walked out. We chose not to dine in as we really wanted to due to lack of respect for customers. As I confronted the issue Manager was nice and apologized but Percy kept trying to argue as if she was in the right then ended up apologizing. Pretty sure she didn’t wash her hands after mopping to make our drinks! We will never eat here again and if we ever do I hope the service...
