Chipotle — Restaurant in Clovis

Overall, the nastiest place I have ever eaten in Clovis New Mexico! This place is making a bad name for the chipotle restaurant business! The place is super dirty that should’ve been a red flag for me as soon as I walked in, but I still decided to eat there and the meat was disgusting. It wasn’t even cooked right and it looked like it was raw or overdue date! The grill looked like it hadn’t been washed in freaking years! The tables were dirty. The floor was dirty. If that was my place, I would for sure be so disappointed in the staff and whoever takes care of that place. They literally showed no management whatsoever! This place needs to be shut down ASAP or someone needs to fire everyone and rehire new people that actually care and want to work and keep the place clean! They might just be there for a check instead of giving good service! There was also no number to call on the receipt in order to let someone know about this such as corporate! I used to love Chipotle because the service was excellent and the portions were large. The past year has signaled a change. Most of the employees serving the food are irritable and seem bothered to help customers. To top it off, they are extremely stingy with the amount of food used in a bowl/burrito. I shouldn't have to ask for more, and when I do they usually respond with a dirty look. This place is not cheap, so I expect my moneys worth. Not all of the workers share that attitude, there are are a small handful that are friendly and welcoming that have no problem serving what I want. Another thing is that the quality of the food has also gone down. It's not as flavorful as it used to be with the exception of the Guac which is my favorite. Overall I've eaten there twice this year. I don't plan on going back anytime soon. It's such a shame because Chipotle used to hit the spot, now I don't know what to expect when I enter. Will I encounter a rude stingy employee or will I luck out and be served by someone friendly. I'd rather not...

This place never has steak readily available. If steak is the most common protein that runs out, I would think that somebody up there would have the bright idea to 1. Not keep putting it in that small container that has them running out after 3 orders and 2. Get more steak on the stove. I constantly see people just standing around back there while the items on the line are running low. Its worse when it comes to ordering online, I believe they're not providing extra whenever you request it on the app and when they run out of whatever you picked, they just pick a random choice for you instead of calling or something like any other place would. Pretty much like any fast food option specially in Clovis this place is trash, but it worse here mainly due to the sorry ass workers they keep hiring who don't want to do nothing but stand there or put in half-ass effort on their job.
