Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Clovis

This place is absolutely horrible. It takes a lot for me to review something as bad as this place. The price scale is horrible, dishonest, and unfair. They never listen attentively to an order being placed but still charge you even though the pizza doesn’t have what was ordered on it. Very unprofessional behavior in person and on the telephone. Always yelling and making jokes in the background noise. I highly recommend to my fellow soldiers and veterans to stay away from Pizza Hut as a whole. If I could give this place a zero star scale I would. They don’t even deserve one star. There was one occasion where the pizza that was delivered had been thrown upside down inside the box and when the delivery driver approached my door he already knew this had happened and was too lazy to go back to Pizza Hut by making a new one. He tried passing it off to me as if it was kosher which was not. Another occasion I specifically asked and was specifically charged for double (extra) cheese and it literally came to me with absolutely no cheese on it but was still charged as if it had cheese on it. Another occasion I ordered a huge order of wings and they came half cooked. I remember getting sick from having eaten just a couple of them. Another occasion I ordered cheesy bread and hardly any cheese was on it. Another occasion I ordered brownies and they came half raw. I will be forever banning Pizza Hut due to the continuous bad service. I totally understand if I had one bad experience but that is not the case. All 7 times were a bad experience. Stay far away from this place everyone. There are many other pizza joints that exceed that of this place and at half the cost. I think the State Health Dept. needs to have oversight on this place due to many other stories of people getting sick from...

Worse than frozen pizza. And a lot more expensive. How do they stay in business?? Oh yes because we are a small town with little options. And they have a drive thru.

We ordered a large cheese with olives, onions and tomatoes. See pic. It looked ok, besides the toppings being the usual little dots for a lot of money. They should've just put the money on top. Between the cheese and "sauce" is some undefinable "gooiness". I even looked closely at it. It's not really the crust; it's some goo on the crust under the "sauce". And nothing makes this goo better.

I put it in the oven to perhaps crisp it up more. Still inedible. I got desperate and "fried" it in a pan. The bottom of the crust got crisper but the top....the cheese didn't even melt!! Are they even using real cheese? Doubtful. Wouldn't real cheese melt on the surface of a hot frying pan? And the crust is so bland. AND they were out of mushrooms. How can you be out of mushrooms? Go to a store and buy some!

Say it with me. "Never. Again." NEVER Again. I'll slum...

Not sure whats going on in this location but it's terrible service. There was no music playing and or couldn't hear any of the Tvs on. I went for lunch buffet by 11:45 and barley any pizza out on the bar. granted there were a few tables with many who had already been there since 11:30 im sure. We were greeted by a pizza hut driver who was sitting people and running the drive thru and front counter. another person was taking phone orders and drive thru . and i saw im thinking the manager in back making pizza. by 12:05 more people started coming in for their $2 personal pan pizzas the driver mentioned to us that was a promotion special . and or other orders. i saw at least 6 people leave before we cashed out. it was then said that folks waiting for pizza ordered that pizza orders were 2 hours behind? went two weeks ago and we waited 10 mins at the door and no one greeted us. this place needs better management or something. props to the delivery driver who was taking the time to take care of the customer. you deserve...
