Wow it is bad enough to wait in line over 20 mins but to repeatedly repeat my order to the person taking my order in line and she even double checked when I told her grilled chicken use only a hamburger bun as the brie bun contains dairy.. repeatedly three times to her that it is an allergy.. so all my three sandwhiches had to use hamburger buns... confirmed this when 12 mins later finally at the window and repeated it twice more when handed my drink and then the bag and all I got was yes yes yes done that way.. GUESS WHAT.. not only did I wait 24 mins in line you did not do that and my food was COLD... not hot not lukewarm COLD.... especially the fries.. I mean C O L D.. I spent $25 dollars and 24 mins in line for food that was not able to be eaten by anyone in my family.. You did not listen and had we have consumed this your response would have been to legal action. You did not give me a receipt not when you processed my payment in line or at the window but lucky my debit card emails me one instantly SO I WANT...
Read moreWhoever owns and operates this location needs to seriously reevaluate how they are training their team, and how the team members view the customer. We have tried to give this location several chances already. Regardless of the location being new, there is no sense of urgency. Our most recent visit we sat in line for almost 25 minutes with barely 6 cars in line. The speaker didn’t work on the outside lane and the worker taking orders sauntered in and out of the restaurant 4 times to “fix” the tablet. Whoever was working the inside lane couldn’t be bothered to answer the 4 separate people who sat and waited before driving off. While this was all happening, no less than 5 workers were milling in and around the parking lot with no one going back into the store to announce they had a growing line. To top it all off, once we received our food, nothing was hot and the hash browns were so overcooked they were just crunchy...
Read moreWas slightly disappointed. I get that it’s just opening, but the basics should be met, such as getting the order correct. The line was long, but the wait wasn’t horrible. The lady guiding vehicles was doing her best to keep the flow moving. We watched the lane next to us move along fairly quickly. The young lady working managed to get 7 orders completed before the lady in our lane completed 3. We made it to the window, waited a few minutes, then were asked to move around to the flag. A couple minutes later, the young lady brought out our meals. My husband checked his and it was correct. Mine was labeled so I assumed it would be correct as well, unfortunately I was wrong. Made it home and instead of no onions, it had extra onions. The tomatoes were mushy and the lettuce was in clumps. I will have to let the newness wear off before I try again. I’m sure it...
