I'm not sure what's taking so long, but there are a couple of different products I've been buying for nearly forever @ DG that the price has gone up by well over a dollar on over a YEAR ago, & yet the price on the shelf is STILL posted as the OLD price! This is actually ILLEGAL & many companies have had class action lawsuits brought down upon them for this exact same thing! The sad part is that I can tell that these tags have been replaced on shelf periodically, yet still haven't been updated, so it seems pretty blatant that they're purposely lying to their customers, hoping they won't notice. I only ever buy a certain couple of things there, so who knows how many items they pull...
Read moreMeh. Last time I was in there a customer was having issues with his debit card and it kept declining. The gentleman ringing him up was telling another gentleman behind the register outloud " this is why I always keep a minimum amount of money in my account." Then said "sir. You cant afford this. Check your account." How embarrassing. You dont know everyone's financial situation. I believe that comment was extremely unprofessional. Other than that situation the rest of the staff is friendly and I'm always in and out. I have worked customer service/retail for the last 15 years. I would never allow my associate to make remarks like that...
