NCG Cinemas - Coldwater — Attraction in Coldwater

I wish I could give them no stars. My fiancé took my oldest to see the new Deadpool and Wolverine movie but when he purchased his tickets for them he got two cups and a popcorn bucket. The worker apparently didn’t ring it in. When he went to go purchase another cup for my son they said he didn’t pay for the first ones that the worker had handed him and called the cops on my fiancé for stealing when he had no clue at all and how can he steal items that are behind the counter. When the officer showed up he was the kindest man. Unfortunately the movie theater wanted my fiancé to pay for their mistake or return the buckets and cups. They threw the bucket and cups away that they could have just let my son keep. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. Went to watch The Grinch who stole Christmas and before the movie started got Popcorn and Pop. Right after the movie just started My 2 yr old Daughter started crying that she wasn't feeling well and cried to leave and so we had too. Well on the way home she started throwing up in the car and went on from 6 til 4 in the morning. Plus I being Dad and Mommy were feeling sick also and we thought the popcorn tasted not right neither. My Daughter (2) first time ever throwing up and sure was awful seeing her this was and not to meantion being scared and crying! Then later Mommy started doing the same getting sick! Edit day after: They made it right. Went in today to get my Popcorn, the GM popped in to where I was and made it right. 5 stars for making it right NCG.

Pretty good experiences when i go in on a normal basis for the popcorn. However, they will randomly change the hours up. Tried to go in around 7:40pm to get a popcorn and got to the location, doors locked, lights off. Guy who I am assuming was Maintenance came out, explained the hours changing. Before leaving I looked for signage explaining the hours and I saw absolutely no signage. Beware of sudden hour changes. I literally go every week or so too so this...
