You know I can count on one hand how many times I’ve gotten up and walked out of a restaurant and honestly it’s because this has been the first… we waited to be seated and that took a while, to the point my sister was opening the door for customers coming in and out. But that wasn’t even the part that got me.. what got me was when we were finally seated the man and his family after we were seated we’re waited on, this couple that came in after us ( as we had been sitting there for a few moments) have been waited on and then what made me get up and walked out was the family of 4 maybe 5 sat at the booth got their silverware, menus and drink order as soon as they sat down. We had been sitting there for a solid 20 minutes with just menus in front of us. My brother even tried to get someone’s attention but ME WORKING IN FOOD SERVICE told him “ dude no that’s rude don’t do that!” But shoot maybe I should have let him. I even watched servers standing by the drinking machine just talking and I am very understanding of needing a few moments to just breathe when it’s busy but I didn’t understand what we did to not even get a “ be with you guys in just a moment!!” Seriously just a normal family on a trip to see their brother play baseball.. I am a supervisor for the culinary department at a hospital and I know I’m not a patient in your restaurant but if I had patients waiting even just for some water for the amount of time we did and was provided with no attention I would be livid with my staff. I was thinking it was busy but looking around everyone who was there had already been pretty much waited on. I think time management and communication needs to be talked about amongst your team. Read moreThe customer service was horrendous, this Buffalo Wild Wings will never get my dollar again. I had placed an online order an hour and a half in advance, I arrived 10 minutes before my pick up time. The to-go host asked what was being picked up, went to “check” on it then comes back out and helps two people who came in after me. I ask her how long the wait is on my order and she has to go back again and check. I am told my order will be ready in 20 minutes. I come back 15 minutes later and am told my kids tenders were done, it should be about 5 more minutes on the rest of the order… that 5 minutes turned into another 40 minute wait. The items I had purchased were cold by the time she had brought them out to the to-go counter, honestly if I didn’t put it back in the oven at home that food wouldn’t have been edible either. I had to throw the kids tenders and fries away and get the kiddo an alternative, they were beyond disgusting, I wouldn’t let my worst enemy eat those tenders! I asked if there was someone I could speak with about this situation and was denied, which was infuriating as I had already paid so much for it, waited so long, and it was not even good. I am highly disappointed with my experience here, do better! If I could give less than 1 star I most definitely would.
UPDATE: I got to speak with one of their amazing managers on the phone, Carie, and was able to get the situation resolved and a refund issued. Definitely impressed with her level of professionalism and the manner in which she handled...
Read moreIt's truly few and far between that i will give a place 1 star, but i was truly disappointed by my trip to BWW last night. After a long day at MIS our group of 3 stopped for a quick bite and cold beer. We were sat quickly but our table was shoved over into what normally was an isle due to a dripping AC unit. One drip was being caught in a bucket, the other went straight to the floor which made it soggy around our table. Due to being moved we were constantly being bumped into by servers and guests trying to squeeze by. Our server took our drink order and food order quickly. She brought out our drinks then disappeared. After 45 minutes without food or drink refills we flagged down the manager and made him aware. It was shortly after, our food came out. She seemed much more attentive from then on and was super nice. The other thing i noticed was the carpets in the dining room. They were literally disgusting. Covered in food, wrappers, and even ice from spilled drinks by one table. It was like when the tables were cleaned off, everything was brushed onto the floor and left till end of shift. If the manager is OK with the uncleanliness of the dining room, i tend to question the same for the kitchen.
