Super Grand Buffet — Restaurant in Coldwater

$69 for 2 adults and 3 SMALL KIDS ALL UNDER 10 for food so overcooked my daughter had to spit her meat out so she wouldn't choke on it. Nothing was hot or fresh, it was very bland, and the choice selection was very skimpy. The waitress never gave us a refill and certain things were a little undercooked as well, like the shrimp. When I approached the manager about my concerns he told me, "Those were his prices and rent needed to be paid!" Which is true, but still very unprofessional. Then once I get to the front to pay, I am signing the receipt and I noticed I was actually charged $71.72. So I asked why the price is different and was told there's a $2 charge to pay with a card and he points to a sign. MOST PLACES tell you about the charge before you pay, especially since the sign was very tiny posted at the bottom of a window. I assume the guy was mad. My family left still hungry and unsatisfied, we literally couldn't eat anymore of it. The food was GROSS!!! There was also a sign up that my daughter read to me asking all customers to only get what they can eat and not to waiste food. IF I AM PAYING $15.05 FOR A BUFFET MEAL ON A THURSDAY NIGHT (that's weekend prices), I WILL GET WHATEVER I WANT. AND IF YOUR FOOD WAS ENJOYABLE MAYBE CUSTOMERS WOULDNT EAT MORE THAN THEY WAIST!!! Alex, was the name of the guy that assisted me. Then after we had left I was looking back over my receipts again and noticed a $9.08 tip was automatically added to my bill. So I called back and Alex answered of course and placed me on hold for 10min, then came back on and said that he will refund my $9.08 tip if I do not agree with it.....WHAT THE HECK. Why would you automatically charge me without my consent ESPECIALLY WITH ME EXPRESSING DISSATISFACTION!!! AND ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL!!?!???!!!!??! At this point, I would like all of my money back, not just the tip, and I am reporting this company...

The lady wait staff NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER change there gloves. I came in saw said lady with gloves on whipe the seat THEN THE TABLE and then mob under the table. Then walk in the kitchen get our drinks. NEVER changed gloves. Then collolected dirty dishes and cups with her gloved hands and fingers in the dirty cups. Left them on the cart and started trimming green beans with scissors and dirty gloves. Then I saw her reach in to a bowl and grab lemons out with those nasty closes and drop them in customers water. And repeat the process for like an hour. When she came to my table I asked to see her hands a d turned them over and her gloves had been worn soooo long that the under side was BLACK AND BROWN 🤮🤢🤮. SHE TRIED TO PRETEND SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND ME SO I WENT TO SPEAK TO THE GENTLEMAN AT THE DESK WHO SAID HE SPIKE ENGLISH AND AS I EXPLAINED HOW DISGUSTING THIS WAS AND UNSANITARY AND HOW THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WOYLD HAVE AN ISSUE. THE LADY WALKS UP THE THE COUNTER AND I SHOW HOM HER GLOVES ANS HE SAYS OK OK HAVE GOOD NIGHT 😳😵😲😫😖🤢🤮 DIDNT EVEN CARE. Omg! The girl that works the front counter is extraordinary! She explained the new covid procedure very well. She was so polite and friendly. I actually got distracted on my phone outside waiting for my food and she came outside and got me! She was going to bring my food but wanted to make sure I was actually still there. What a sweet girl! The food is awesome I had the coconut shrimp. I love the sweet sauce they put on the shrimp! I also got the chicken and broccoli it's a part of the pick 4 lunch deal. I actually chose three coconut shrimp and one chicken and broccoli 😂 I really like this place it's rare to find a buffet that that you can still get fresh food at LOL other places I think leave their food sitting for too long. I travel the country so when I say I appreciate something it means that it not only is rare but it's special.
