We LOVE Palmer Park! It is so big, so many trails, and how cool is it that it's in the middle of the city! We have hiked there several times since moving to the Springs. Lazy Land Trail has a good deal of shade, which is important with the intensity of the sun here. We walked it today and then went on to Templeton Trail, which we have used a lot. Templeton Trail covers a lot of the area. It is pretty quiet in there even though the roads aren't that far away. If you want a shady hike, try Lazy Land, Telmpleton, and Brenner. All are good! :)

Great place to walk whether you are alone or with friends. Also a great place to bring your dog for a walk. Everyone is friendly. The dogs I encountered were all well behaved with responsible owner’s. I enjoy walking in nature here.

Very fun place to explore! Go down one trail one day, come back and go down another! Climb on the rocks bc they’re there! Bring your dog they’ll love it!

A quiet park with a few trails. People can usually be seen with their dogs or riding bikes. There is no restroom available to the public here. If you keep taking the trail down south you can reach Palmer park. The trails can get a bit muddy and slippery after it rains so take caution. Rarely there are coyotes near the trails. The only issue might be the limited number of roadside parking available...
