Danielle Kurtze did my hair. The color was not done well the first time, so I asked for it to be re-done. The redo was pretty and closer to the pictures that I had shown her. She also trimmed my hair on the redo because she didn't want to take the time to do it on the first appointment. Originally she quoted me $150 for the cut and color. She had me pay $125 for the first color, taking off $25 for cut. I told her the very next day that I wanted it to be re-done. For the redo I asked her what I owed her expecting to pay $25 for the cut. She charged me $60! Saying that she was only charging for the products she used. 1. The products used do not cost anywhere near $60 (my sister is in the beauty industry so I know what things cost) 2. Never should you charge for a redo when the job was done in correctly the first time. 3. She put me down, made excuse after excuse, and blamed me. Danielle Kurtze was highly unprofessional and unethical in the way she did business. She did refund $25 of the $60 saying that she was now charging for the cut that she said she had comped. I had Ellie cut my hair. I asked for a trim to my a-line bob and explained i was growing my hair out. What i got was a terrible chin length haircut that was uneven and choppy and nothing like what I'd asked for and not remotely a-line.
