Shooks Park — Attraction in Colorado Springs

I love this park and its two playgrounds. Both are really fun to play in with friends and chill out on days with good weather. I've come here annually with my friends at the end of the year and it's so much fun to just play around and have a wholesome time. It's also surprisingly clean. Both the equipment and fields. I just went there with a group of Palmer, Midland, and North students to clean it up and there was close to nothing to clean. So good stuff there honestly (though the river definitely was dirty). I lived across the street from it for nearly nine months and fell in love with the view of the trees, the squirrels, the geese events bands, food trucks, and beautiful breeds of dogs that walked their people there.
