Taco Bell — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

My co worker and I went to this location on April 1, 2021 around 1:30pm. When we arrived we went to the drive-thru to be told that they were not accepting driver-thru orders. So we went inside. Placed an order on the machine in the lobby/dining area. We got our food and left. When we returned to the vehicle to check the order my co worker noticed that the crunchy tacos he swapped with soft tacos were yet crunchy. He went back inside to correct the order and the manager/assistant manager on duty got an attitude and was being very loud and he was clearly upset about having to make the correction. He made comments that he just made the order in a loud tone and stated that his screen did not indicate the crunchy tacos had been swapped, but on the text receipt they were in fact swapped to soft tacos. The other staff were apologizing and remade the tacos that were incorrect. I think this is unacceptable behavior for a manager, even an assistant manager. No one pays attention when taking your order, I ordered 2 taco supreme and a large drink they charged me for 3 taco supreme when I asked about it the employee told me this and said he would change it I told him I did but have time I was late for work he didn't pay attention again and began to change the order I repeated 3 more times don't bother I'll just pay for the extra taco I don't have time for this 5 min later and 2 additional employees the order was finally changed. Had my now cold food on the counter and proceeded to reach in my bag touching my food with his gloves hand that had handled everyone's form of payment with out switching gloves and grabbed the additional taco out of the bag and then proceeded to hand my food as I grabbed the food that was shoved at me on a tray I began to talk to the employee and he shut the window and began assisting another customer at the speaker I knocked on the window and he looked straight at me and walked away I never got...

Worst service ever. We have had problems with this location the last few times we have gone there. This time they completely dropped the ball. They messed up both of our box meals. They also completely messed up my sons order. He is a picky eater so he could not eat what was made. They also forgot our order of Cinnabon. When I called to let them know and see if I could come back to get it fixed I was informed that they could not fix it without a managers approval and that there was not a manager at the restaurant. So I asked what I was suppose to do and I was told that pretty much I had to keep 40 dollars worth of food I didn't order. The guy on the phone took my name and number and told me a manager would call me asap to ether remake my order or refund it. I never received a call.
