Moler Barber School of Minnesota — Attraction in Columbia Heights

Terrible customer service. The sign on the door says door closes at 4:15pm. We got there at 4:01 and the guy rudely said he’s no longer taking any more ppl. So I showed and said look it says door closes at 4:15 he said rudely “unless you want to go home with half a haircut”. Anyways it makes no sense that they wouldn’t allow my son in when we arrived at 4:01pm. They close at 4:30 and the door closes at 4:15. He would’ve had plenty of time to get a haircut. I also had a previously rude encounter with that same guy. Wish I knew his name but I will be reporting him next...

Though it took close to 2 hours, stylist was very thorough and didn’t rush to finish. He was very detailed oriented finishing with a fantastic outcome. He did acknowledge my patience and appreciated that he could take the time. However, friend I went with had a poor experience with his barber who rushed his haircut and didn’t take the time he needed on his beard. The student was completely unsupervised, and had to have another student help finish my shave. They left a pretty decent gouge (read missing skin, not a fine line) on my face, and my entire lower face is irritated. I had to touch up half of it when I got home because they missed so much. Then at the end I had to ask for a towel to clean up, as there was shaving cream all over my neck and in my nose and ear. No aftershave lotion either?...
