Boyfriend and I have been here twice. It's a lot of fun, and there is a great deal of effort put into the rooms that should be appreciated. Staff is friendly and helpful each time we've been. However, I am taking off two stars due to some behavior I noticed from the owner during our second visit. While in our room, we could hear him barging in on other rooms that were finishing up and explaining to them how to finish the room. Not a big deal at first, and we didn't think much of it. Then, our own time ran out. The girl who was assigned our room (who was incredible, by the way. She gave us two extra hints and ten extra minutes because we were pretty close to cracking the room) came in and asked if we'd like to know how it ended. We said sure, why not? She began to walk us through the ending, and was a few minutes in, when the owner shoved his way into the door and interrupted her completely. I mean, he shushed her right in front of us, despite her doing a great and friendly job. He then went on to talk over her, and even us, the rest of the time. My boyfriend and I shared some looks, deciding if we wanted to say something, but we did not want to cause any trouble for this girl and her job. It was just really disappointing and disrespectful to see. It tells me everything I need to know about the owner, especially since I have had bosses like this previously myself. I can only hope he takes note from this review and treats his employees better. After all, without them, there would be no...

We had 9 in our group on Wednesday Dec 28th, 2022. We were scheduled for 3:00 pm but they were running behind so we didn't get in until about 3:45 pm. When we got there nobody told us that we needed to register online or at the pad at the front desk. After the group ahead of us finished, the man in charge came out and was very friendly and nice. He took us back to our room and explained a few things and went back up front. We were a little confused at first of what we were supposed to be looking for but after a minute of looking around the room, we finally found a key, and things progressed from there. The clues were a little advanced for younger people, but we had a great mix of 13-48 year olds in our group. We felt like everyone got a chance to contribute and we did have a good time. The host was very helpful dropping hints to nudge us along in the quest to break out. We really did enjoy ourselves and we broke out in about 45 min which is probably fairly average. We did the Mark Twain room and we did enjoy learning a few new facts we weren't aware of. If given another opportunity, I think most all of us would look forward to returning for...

🎲🕵️‍♂️ 3rd time’s the charm at Breakout Como—and it’s all thanks to Robby, the Game Master MVP! We’ve done 3 rooms here, and while the first 2 times were… well, let’s just say the staff was more into their phones than our escape plans, THIS time was a total game-changer. Robby was awesome from start to finish!! He was super attentive, fun, and actually present the whole time (shocking, I know 😄). He gave the perfect clues at just the right moments to help our family escape The Gamer casino room at midnight (which is impressive, because that’s not easy matching our energy 😂). His energy and enthusiasm made the whole experience way more immersive and exciting. If you’re planning a visit to Breakout Como, request Robby if you can. He’s the kind of game master that makes you want to come back for more puzzles, because let’s face it, half the fun is the guide!!) Thanks for helping us feel like...

I've played the Mark Twain and Civil War rooms. They were both fun and very challenging. I recommend playing with folks that have decent communication skills, but mostly just have fun. If you've never played an escape room game before, this would be a good place to start. If you're an expert but you've never been to this location, you should try it. I think you'll be impressed.

We did Room 13 with Patty as our guide, as well as The Gambler with Ethan as our guide today and both of them were so fun! We made it out of both and we did it as a family with 3 kids (ages 15, 12, & 7) we all loved both rooms! We will be back! If it were up to the boys we would have stayed and done them all today.
