The Social Room — Restaurant in Columbia Township

This was my first experience going to a bar with a dance floor. When you enter they search your purse which I wasn’t expecting, and they took 2 little shooters off me, which would’ve been fine if they’d just been like “you can’t bring these in” but the guy at the door was a little rude and pulled them out my purse shaking his head at me which made me anxious and was off-putting for my first experience. The kitchen was closed when we went in which we weren’t warned about & it wasn’t posted anywhere before coming in that it was closed. There was only one girls stall open in the bathroom so the line was really long. Other than that, the night went well. I really liked both of the bartenders they were friendly and answered my questions and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. They have a patio which was nice to go outside because the floor got pretty hot. Definitely college or just out of college aged crowd with the exception of a couple older guys. Decent music with some variety, I don’t listen to a lot of mainstream music so I wished they’d played more classics (which they did more towards the end...

They got rid of the quesadillas! The quesadillas were the BEST PART of social room, scratch that, THE BEST PART OF COMO!!! BUT THEY GOT RID OF THEM! I will happily make this review 5 stars if they bring the quesadillas back. RIP SOCIAL ROOM QUESADILLAS

The quesadillas have returned but are no longer the heavenly sustenance I remember. Perhaps it is the passions of nostalgia or the rose-tinted lens of a night out with friends that now sour my experience of the reestablished quesadilla.

Social Room, that beautiful window of time when the love for your quesadillas coursed through my veins gave me an newfound appreciation for the world around me. They were once a panacea that could bring a splash of color to even the most wearisome days, but I no longer fiend for the divine dish. It seems your new quesadillas have provided me with a sense of closure. A wound in my heart that gushed with a boundless intensity has been repaired, and my heart's strength restored.

I will hold the memory of your quesadillas close to my heart and cherish it...

Love the food especially the Pinche Quesadilla. However, I don't go out much anymore because I'm living that Dad life like a boss. So I relied on delivery services not only to support a local business but to get some great food as well. My 2 stars is because as of recently they have choose to not accept "special instructions" or requests/changes on the DoorDash app. My request isn't crazy it's simply subbing the cheese fir regular instead of their spicy as hell house blend of cheese. Im now left with being unable to order from them which is unfortunate because it's one of my favorite places to order from later in the evening. I need my Pinche Quesadilla please don't keep it...
