Hong Kong Market — Attraction in Columbia Township

It smells and I noticed a little too many things having false advertising. Like an 8$ bag of "creme filled" rolls ended up having a dime size drop of filling that a 4$ box of a similar item is stuffed with. I understand different ingredients and things but the picture is insanely misleading and not even close to the actual product you get. And the buns are starting to come cold or stale and they still have the same amount even though the demand has tripled for them. I’ve shopped here several times. The man who “helped “ me reluctantly a few times was smug and condescending. Not a friendly nor helpful place especially for a novice. The last straw was when I asked about a particular Thai soy sauce I needed and asked if they had anything comparable to it since they were out. He gave me another one and he said with a smug smile and condescending laugh that I wouldn’t be able to even tell the difference. It was absolutely nothing like the Thai version. My first (and only) visit I was perusing the selection and writing down a grocery list with notes. I was feeling positive about it until the owner or manager came to me and accused me of spying on his prices for another market. While I can start to understand the pressures he must feel not being able to afford his customers knowing whether his prices are better/worse than the competition, it's really going too far to publicly shame a new customer and steal her grocery list.
