Went to this place last night with my guy. I really didn't want anything. So I told him I wanted a small order of cheese curds. So anywho as I waited in the car he finally came out got home to not only find out I had no cheese curds but they didn't even put fries in his fish dinner he ordered. Now he paid $15. 43 for his meal to be messed up and to top it all off. I called to explain what happened and all I get is a smart ass mouth by both female so-called managers. And all was said was I can mail 📬 you a coupon. I said what no you will not mail me a coupon I need this order to be right. The next thing that was said was, with an attitude "well" you can just come back to the store. And I said, do you really think I want to waste $5.00 in gas to come back way across town and I'd worked all day like my guy who has to be at work at 6:00 am? These people do not care about the customers who are choosing to come spend there money at this place. Their customer service skills suck to high heaven and they have no business being a so- called manager who clearly has no customer service skills in tack nor has any good people skills to handle situations in a better manner. Was I pissed about it? Of course wouldn't you if you wasted your time and gas ⛽ and did not get and satisfaction at all and got robbed basically out of your money for a poor product, lousy customer service, and negligent food order. I will "Never" in my life spend another dime nor my guy or any of our friends and family members at this place. And I'm still demanding that they remake the whole order correctly. Read moreOne of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in the recent past. I mobile ordered for pickup inside the store and was quoted a 7:38pm time for my order being ready. I arrived at that time and proceeded to the counter to pickup my order. I spoke to an associate that said it wasn’t ready and they were still working on it and to wait in a designated area and they would bring it over when ready. 15 min later and my order still wasn’t brought to me. I approached the counter again to ask what was going on with my order to find out that my order was sitting in their window between the kitchen and had been for a while. After they got my order to the counter I checked contents to find only about 2/3 of the items there. Letting the staff know this I continued to wait for them to get my order ready. After being told again my order was ready I rechecked contents and was still missing 2 items. After addressing this with the staff I finally received my entire order and was able to leave. Mind you no signs of remorse by the staff or care from them that it was now 8:20pm when my original order ready time quote was 40+min previous to that when they weren’t busy with hardly anyone in their lobby and no drive thru line. Seemed to be more employees working than they had customers. To add on to that fun half of my food was now cold. I called to order ahead but he told me I had to order my food online. I ordered the food online and the only choice I had was 10pm. I understand that it was closing time. But that was the option. I placed the order , my friend picked it up for me. They called to make sure I ordered the food at that location, I then told the worker it was the one on Broadway St. the hospital is on Broadway St. the order finally came through. They completed the order . It was maybe a 5 min drive. The fries were kind of burnt, and the burger was made sloppy. I believe the fries were probably recooked. They were laying flat no puffiness like they usually are. Like I said in the beginning, I absolutely love Culver’s but this was a very disappointing experience. I know those fries were cooked twice instead of cooking new fries . This is so wrong. I hold Culver’s at a higher standard than McDonald’s! Please explain to me why this happened. I would also like to say that it not the Standard at this store. I have been there many times and have never experienced this .
