I understand that people are under Paid That work at chipotle, But it’s a food establishment which means certain things need to be met so people don’t get sick. Being out of black beans, queso, fajita vegetables, And a variety of other things is only part of the issue. The kitchen was completely trashed with food all over the back counters some of which looks to be prep food not sitting in any kind of covered area or temperature controlled environment. The Four tables in the back of the store had food and chips on the floor around every tables feet. Every trashcan was completely full. The two different tables I went to had grime on them needing a wipe down. It seemed several customers sitting in the store were also Frustrated with their visit. Upon leaving I saw two employees just standing behind the register playing on their phones together. Again I don’t expect top of Service from people who probably get screamed at by customers that are just screaming to scream on the regular basis. I do expect a relatively clean environment. Also if you’re out of half of the ingredients a customer wants to put on their burrito, Charging extra For one of the charged toppings seems like the wrong...
Read moreFood is most of the time great, except for a couple fatty steak pieces that is commonly found in my bowl/burrito. The main reason for the 2 stars is how this chipotle operates. For starters the ordering process is straight up infuriating, your food item goes through a series of workers all whom make you feel guilty for wanting something extra. On top of that you may often notice workers touching their face or carrying dripping food bins over your food which add an overall sense of uncleanliness. The biggest gripe I have is how this establishment handles their online orders. The online orders are made in the same line as in the store orders, this results in customers who come inside having to wait sometimes 15 minutes because they are backed up on online orders, this also has resulted in certain ingredients running out. I have experienced my bowl being halfway made than neglected while the food gets cold so that the workers can continue making online orders. I think chipotle needs an online station in the back room and the front station should be solely for in...
Read moreEasily the worst burrito assembly I've ever seen. The slack jawed teenager making my food had clearly not been trained on how to roll a burrito, or more likely didn't pay any attention. My request to mix the ingredients before rolling it was met with a blank stare followed by half heartedly holding the sides of the tortilla and rocking it back and forth for a couple of seconds. He then started rolling one end OVER the filling, pushing the contents out onto the wrapper. He then stared at his handiwork, apparently baffled by the physics involved. By this time I wanted the ordeal to be over, so I told him to just throw the whole thing in a burrito bowl and I'd eat it with a fork. Even that was apparently too much to ask for as he tipped the tortilla into the bowl and then THREW AWAY the contents that had spilled onto the wrapper - about a cup of beans and meat and most of the queso. I'm truly baffled by this experience but this is the last straw for Chipotle. The quality has been in decline for years, and it's just not worth the inflated...
