Rock Bridge Shopping Center — Attraction in Columbia Township

Visited JoAnn's and the associates were welcoming and helpful. My only concern is when items have a sign for a sale price and you are charged full price. Luckily I caught the error as I was leaving the store. I returned to check out counter. I had to wait far too long to have the error corrected. I also had to show a store manager or assistant manager, where I got the item. No response from associate. I then expressed if the sign on the box holding the items was in error it shouldn't be posted on the box. It was misleading to shoppers. No response from store associate again. She removed the sign returned to the register and completed the transaction. It became a lengthy process. I think it would have been nice to receive a simple "we apologize for the error, inconvenience, something? I just got a quick summary of the transaction. I asked a couple of questions to make sure my charges were credited correctly and was satisfied and excited the store. The experience is frustrating during this challenging time. Stopped in at Hy-Vee for some of their very good Chinese food. They've really stepped up the Grocery Store dining game with their Marketplace Grill, and their other options are tasty, as well.

This stop, they had the 2 Entree meal for the same price as a 1 Entree, so I chose fried rice, General Tso's and Sesame chicken with an egg roll. The chicken, when alternated gives you the saucy bite of General's, followed by the sweet, crunchy bite of Sesame to give you a different taste sensation with each forkful.
