I've been trying to sign my daughter up for the water babies for over a year now and I've been given misleading information each time. First I was told last year I was too late, second time I was told the classes were full on the day I were told to sign up , and today after being told to show up early at 6am because classes fill up quick after waiting over two hours in the parking to sign up my daughter for the July 28-Aug 7 classes only to be told the classes are filled. Some feedback, as someone new here, the whole 'splitting the Lane' thing to me is confusing and strange, for a pool with 400+ capacity, it seems inefficient. The pools where I have swam in the past have fast, medium, and slow lanes, and you choose the appropriate lane and swim in a circle around the lane line, unless it is so not busy. But people here just seem to split the lane, and then other people wait for the lane... In my experience I've only ever gotten better by swimming with other people, learning how to pass safely or be passed, and drafting can be fun! Oh well, I'll take...

They were yelling non-stop and intentionally creating echoes by calling each other names throughout the pool area, which gave me a headache. I was astonished that the staff were present but seemed indifferent to the situation. Those individuals behaved as if they owned the place.
