360 Treats — Restaurant in Columbia

Our first visit to 360 Treats was a great experience! The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly patient and helpful, asking great questions and offering suggestions to help us craft the perfect desserts.

We tried a variety of rolled ice cream (IC): toasted marshmallow with blueberry drizzle. Mint with Oreos and chocolate drizzle, strawberry with strawberry drizzle and whipped topping — the strawberry was a standout! We also had a caramel shake, caramel latte, and the Croffle (a croissant waffle topped with strawberries, cheesecake, and whipped cream). While the Croffle was a bit thick and heavy versus fluffy- for my liking, the toppings were fresh and generous, and others in my group enjoyed it.

My daughter was dying to go to this place after seeing it on her way home from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Deep water not very far from this location, great place! We finally stopped and tried it out. A very, very pleasant lady, who I presumed was one of the owners. Gave some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life to my daughter and I. It has now become one of my daughter's favorite places to go for a treat. That woman has remembered my daughter every time, and remembered what she wanted from the first time she came in. She feels so special every time she comes into that place, they are rockstars at customer service. They also provide good products. I hope this place sticks around, and their business continues to grow. Thanks for providing such a great experience...

My husband and I are visiting from out of town and searched Google for the best rated bakery in the area for a dessert date. We were not disappointed. The owners are super sweet and made excellent recommendations for us newbies. I ordered the croffle which is a croissant heated like a waffle with fruit, coconut and whip cream drizzled with chocolate and caramel. Absolutely delicious! My husband ordered the rolled cookie sandwich which was two huge warmed chocolate chip cookies with rolled vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and caramel drizzle. We liked this even better.
