Warning . . . The Everything I Wanted leggings is far from true. They literally smell like fish as soon as you open the packaging. Also, they run incredibly small. I did wash the leggings, and the fish smell is still embedded in them. The smell is so noticeable you can’t stand to be around them. Ironically, their product reviews are not visible any more. Since washing the leggings was no help of eliminating the odor, I went to their website for refund information. I could see the reviews at that point. Multiple reviews talked about the fish smell and inaccurate sizing. I wish I would have seen the reviews before ordering. I contacted the boutique to return the leggings and explained the reasons why their product was defective. I stated I washed the leggings to eliminate the smell. I said I would accept a boutique credit, but I didn’t want to be charged a $7.50 processing fee for their faulty product. After my first message, the boutique did respond and advised to look at their refund policy. I wrote the boutique back and explained I looked at their return policy before contacting them. This is why I explained the leggings were washed, and I didn’t want to be penalized with their $7.50 fee. I received no response. I’ve sent two more follow up messages and still no response. Again, I was fine with receiving a store credit. However, since the boutique will not professionally respond, I’m leaving feedback for others to see. I had hoped washing the leggings would eliminate the smell because I would give them to my daughter. I ordered a XL, and they appear to be a size small. Unfortunately, due to the fish smell they will never be worn, and I’m out money. This could have been a simple resolution for the boutique, but they opted to not take one minute to provide good customer service. It’s a shame the boutique is fully aware of the fish smell and inaccurate sizing from previous product reviews, and they continue to sell the product. Read moreWORST ONLINE ORDERING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. 1st- I order April 3rd, shipping address was incorrect by 1 digit (my fault) spent 3 WEEKS trying to contact them to get it resent out. They finally reply and say I need to pay $5 in shipping for it go back out. That’s fine but 3 weeks later yall should’ve done more. 2nd- 1 week after saying they’ll ship it out ( now may 4th) they still haven’t sent it. Then I contact them multiple times and finally they say the need a new shipping address. (I provided with this already twice over the last several weeks) I sent another email with the correct address, it finally ships out. It was supposed to arrive May 18th. I check shipment updates, and it said it was returned to sender due to address being in correct. I contacted them and they took no responsibility and said it was absolutely not their fault what the UPS done.. when they forgot to update the address after me providing it 6 times. I then ask for a refund after nearly 2 months of waiting and they are yet again not answering me. I had to dispute with my bank. Unprofessional and immature business and i will tell everyone I know how bad my experience was. I did however have an amazing experience with beach sissi, their swimmies are fabulous and customer service is amazing....
Read moreI made the mistake of ordering a $50 romper from this boutique via a reel that I saw online. Stupidly, I did not look at the reviews for this shop prior to purchasing clothing from them. I wish I had. I ordered a large romper, and that is the size that I typically wear and nearly everything, and when I received it, it fit everywhere except for the torso, the torso of this garment is so short that I could not get it off my shoulders once I pulled the straps up. It fit fine everywhere else and yes, I did unzip it. I didn’t realize HOW incredibly short the torso was until it was already on. I had to cut myself out of it via the seam on the top shoulder strap. When I emailed them about this, they suggested that perhaps I didn’t unzip it. Well, of course I unzipped it to get into it. They refused to replace it with a garment that perhaps was manufactured correctly and has the appropriate torso for that size and they also refuse to refund my money so I’m out $50 and I just wanted to buyer beware for ...
