Before today I would have given Kung Fu Tea a 4ish stars. But after basically getting kicked out/ran out of the store by the little employee guy (that didn't even speak proper/good English) I will NEVER recommend or return to this place. The little employee guy was very rude and disrespectful. Finally after being treated like that I asked for a refund and his name as well as his managers name, he first off refused to give me a refund, then told me not to worry about his or his managers name. Then when I pressed the issue of the refund he threatened to call the cops to have me removed. I told him to please call the cops or even better I would gladly call them myself. He then refunded (so he said/no proof given) my money and basically told me to leave. After leaving, I was in the B&N parking lot (nowhere near the store) the little employee guy came out of the store yelling (something) at me. This was UNCALLED for!! I will NEVER be back and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I will be disputing this with my bank as well.
Reply to the response to the Owner: Yes two adults and one two year old child was at each machine placing orders from your establishment. The toddler was only pressing the button to make paper come out (nothing to BREAK it), the child was told to stop once the child's mother saw this and the child DID stop and went and sat down to wait while we (the two adults) finished our orders. The child only printed two sheets of paper out, now what your VERY RUDE little employee guy did after we was he disrespectful chased us out I could not tell you (he probably printed more paper!!) Either way there was NO reason your little employee guy should have been so very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL, as well as come running out after we left screaming RUDELY!! My 2 year old daughter was playing and accidentally printed receipt paper to which an employee who refused to give his name, said "if you cant control your kid you shouldnt be out in public" and complained about how much paper was wasted as if it came out of his pocket. Then threatened to call the police if we didnt leave. We asked for a refund for drinks we have not received yet, and was told they dont give refunds. As we left, the same employee ran out the store to keep mouthing off.

The employee was very rude from the start has terrible customer service skills and i want you to justify the employee following 2 women and a 2 year old out of the store to continue yelling. I told him I have never had cinamon in my beverage before. Again this is the same and only drink I ever order.he told me I could purchase something different if I would like.
