Located at the Expo Center and very hard to find on maps especially during a fair that's going on. We are from out of town and had tickets for a show at the Celeste Center and we drove around for an hour through backed up traffic and road closures just to find out we had to walk through the fair to get to where we were going. There are no signs of the Celeste Center and not one poster or advertisement of the event or performers. Even our GPS was trying to take us "behind" the Expo Center to get to the Celeste Center which had us going in circles through allyways and side streets. It was complete chaos. We finally had to ask somebody where the Celeste Center was and were told we had to walk through the fair to get there. Ended up being 20 minutes late and once inside it was hot and uncomfortable. Other than that, I TRULY enjoy Quarter Horse Congress and the competition and the beauty of the athletes both...

They had people out talking to cars and telling them to go to the 17th street entrance- a sign would have been more efficient and effective. Showed up for graduation this AM and they had an event beside the Celeste center and the 17th street entrance was the only way in. Nightmare.
The inside was nice and cool. It is spacious. The bathrooms smelled like urine at...
