Subway — Restaurant in Columbus

The staff here, for the most part, do not care at all. They are typically understaffed, and those who remain are generally apathetic. They will very likely mess up your order, because they aren't interested in listening to what you request. The ingredients are sloppily thrown on, often disproportionately, so you will either get too much or too little of what you ask for, and they have even put on the wrong condiments because they aren't looking at the names on the bottles and instead rely on the mere color (ranch and mayo are not the same thing). The mobile order mechanism is clearly dysfunctional, since I've gone in several times and had my order not even started, even when I ordered ahead, and they have been unable to contact me because of some glitch in the system. Whoever is running this show is doing an absolutely terrible job and clearly does not care about consistency, detail, meal prep, or customer service, nor do they care whether the people they hire will be interested in doing a good job. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I don’t even know where to start. First issue: I walked into the store at 3:52. The lady working told me she was off at 4. She was making herself a sub. I asked her if the store was closed since she was off at 4. She said someone else was back there and would come out. (the lady was doing everything in slow motion and appeared to be on drugs) Second issue: the other lady finally walked out 4 minutes later. She started making my wrap. She was just throwing toppings onto it. Literally tossing things on. I asked her to remove a piece of lettuce because it looked gross. Instead of removing it she broke it apart and put it ALL OVER the wrap. She continued to throw toppings onto the sub. Third issue: she dropped a ton of Parmesan cheese into the spinach and just left it. Fourth issue: she didn’t cut my wrap Fifth issue: she charged me for STEAK. I got CHICKEN. Sixth issue: when I got home to finally eat my wrap there was a HAIR in it.

This girl had red hair, shave sides, & limping, sorry she didnt have a name tag! We were waiting in line when she decided that it was more important to mess with the music player, instead of the people in line! She went to get some more vegetables cuz she was runnning out then she just grabbed the vegetables & threw a couple handfuls in the pan! Just throwing & slamming it! She was in a bad mood! By the time we got up there she said they ran out of meatballs, so they didnt have none! Of course my daughter was sad! It was at 9:55 pm Which we waited more than 20 mins! When u have a job ur supposed to have a smile & greet every customer, lets not forget have a sign or say that u ran out of something instead of having the customer waiting in line for nothing!
