Wow, I cannot share enough words. I was recommended this salon by multiple people in a local group chat and decided to give it a go. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by name by Crystal (the salon owner). The salon is extremely well kept, clean, chic and the warm + inviting presence is infectious. The music isn’t too loud, it’s calming and just right. The conversations going on are uplifting and encouraging. The environment is extremely conducive to relaxation (especially as a stay at home mom). Crystal was incredibly professional, knowledgeable about her craft, and she knew just how to do my hair. I have gotten many silk presses over the years but this one was top of the charts. Crisp technique, high quality products, and phenomenal service. My hair looked gorgeous and I know my press will last. First time I booked my next appointment at my actual appointment. I absolutely love this Salon!!! I love the growth and variety of services offered. It’s literally a one stop shop for all things beauty and self care. I love that it is a teaching and learning Salon as I have been there during in-services and upskilling sessions. I appreciate this salon and stylists who are serious about their craft and always wanted to make sure they are up on the latest and greatest. I visited Crystals’ salon today for the first time for a flexi rod set, and my experience left me in awe. From the moment I walked in the door, I received the most genuine and warm welcome. Crystal made my experience PERSONAL and TAILORED to me and my hair. She provided education and feedback on the current state of my hair, products, as well as a customized plan for my hair journey.
