I went in yesterday to inquire about purchasing a refrigerator. The young gentleman came to assist and answer my questions. I did let him know that even though I was asking him questions that I would go back and give my husband the answers to my questions. Questions like what model was better in refrigerators, the differences, warranties, deliveries, installation, etc., etc. He answered my questions yesterday and informed him I would bring my husband back either the next day or after. I not only looked at a refrigerator but also inquired about a stove and microwave not knowing but hoping we could purchase all 3 as a bundle to get a better deal yesterday. My husband and I went there today so he could see my choices and to get more information about them. I'm so glad that he did and that David was very informative about our choices. Like my husband was saying it wasn't a matter of cost or price but the convenience and needs it would provide us and our family. The choices I made yesterday were somewhat similar but alittle different from the original. For example, yesterday's was the 4 door with water dispenser separate from the icemaker in the bottom freezer versus today's 3 door with the icemaker on the outside of the fridge. I realized after some thought that I needed more space in the bottom freezer for food and not more ice. We got the induction range versus the standard one even though both were convection with air fryer, and we just got a standard microwave but with the door handles being on the side pocket versus the front handle. I am confident that along with David Lawson, my husband, and my input that we made the right choices. Thanks to David with his knowledge, persistence, was kind enough, and patient enough to listen to our needs and wants we were able to purchase the items we selected. We are so glad we decided to go to Daniel's Appliance to shop for the appliances we need rather than go to other places. We walked out happy and excited about the purchases we made. My elderly mother has been purchasing from Daniel's for several years. Recently we decided to purchase a stove with an air fryer. As an experience baker, I usually test it out by baking. The cake baked extremely slow and uneven. We called Daniel's, and they came out to I inspect. We told him the issue, he checked the stove temperature and said everything was fine and that we needed to let it reach the temperature before use. I attempted to make brownies and same results...uneven baking extremely long baking time. Called Daniel's and told him the concerns and that we wanted to change stoves. The employee stated nothing was wrong with the state and that we just didn't know how to use it due to other features on it. Please note I did not check the 'other features' I was baking which is something I've been doing for decades on various stoves with other features. They allowed us to exchange; however, they, without making us aware, charged another delivery fee and did a store credit for the remaining balance because we changed our minds and not that stove was not working. I gave Daniel's two stars because of the history we had with them; however, this incident was not the quality service we were use too. Update: My sister was able to go up there with our mother and the matter was resolved . The owner heard her concerns and made sure she was satisfied...

From the time we walked into Daniel Appliances we were treated with respect and kindness. Derrick the salesman was terrific and answered our MANY questions without getting frustrated. He was energetic and enthusiastic. He showed compassion and understanding. When we had the washer and dryer delivered, David and Jamal were equally awesome! Throughout 30 years of marriage we have had to buy many appliances. Each and every time we went to the big box stores. All of them with the same poor to mediocre results of installation. I was sick of it! I saw an ad for Daniel Appliances, and saw where they service what they sell.... and they were local. That meant if I had any issues with any of my appliances, I would not have to go down a rabbit hole and a whole labyrinth of phone calls to get service. From the time David and Jamal came in to install the washer and dryer, we were thrilled. They knew exactly what they were doing and they were very efficient. They took absolutely no shortcuts. It spoke volumes! It tells me that Daniel Appliances actually cares about their customer base. When they left our home, everything was perfect.
