Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

We have ordered from this location for years, and never, ever had a complaint. Well, today I ordered online as usual, and the pizza took forever. Called first to see where it was, and it was in route. When we finally got it, it was warm, and needed to be rewarmed in order to eat... I called and spoke to "the manager". He was rude, didn't offer an apology like most decent administrators should for the lack of providing a service as expected. He went on to say, "I'm gonna need those two pizzas back!" Well, we don't steal, nor do we want anything for free, we wanted what we ordered! AND he then goes on to advise us of the 1 hour wait in comparison to when I ordered online and always receive a 20-30 minute wait time. I understand the nature of business, and that every experience may not be the same, however, it is not in the best interest of the company to have such unprofessional persons representing them. After taking it to them in person, he said if we waited there it wouldn't take an hour. Still, offered no apology. Corporate and I will have a conversation about this incident soon. I hate complaining, but I also hate being treated as though my money over the YEARS at this location doesn't matter.... Super...

I mistakenly ordered online from the wrong Papa John’s location. I always order from the drive-thru location because I walk with a walker. When going to a drive-thru, I leave my walker at home beside where I park my car so it is waiting for me when I return. When I realized I had ordered from the wrong location, I called the correct location (Veterans Parkway) and explained the problem. They were quick to offer to bring my pizza to my car if I called them back on my arrival. The gentleman that did so was very kind and didn’t even want to take the couple of dollars I had in cash as a tip. I had to insist. I really appreciate the kindness shown for my mistake. I will be using this location more often for delivery and pick up when I have someone that can go inside. Thank you for going above and beyond good...

Ordered delivery at 6:18pm. Website said it would be about 31 mins. Checked the tracker at about 6:40 said 3-9mins, then it switched to 5-10 mins. 6:50 it was at 5 mins. Watched the driver come up to my road and turn around and drive all the way back to Papa Johns, sat there for about 5 mins. We called to ask what happened, person on the phone said there was a mistake with someone else's order, the driver needed to drop off another pizza. She had a "not my problem" tone, no apologies. We watched driver leave again, dropped off another order before coming to my house. My pizzas sat in the car for about 30 mins before it was ever delivered. Pizza...
