Britt David Park — Attraction in Columbus

There is a pretty good and partially shaded walk or run trail around the perimeter. I can't remember how long it is, but it's a good distance. There are several baseball fields as well as a football field. I believe the last field is a soccer field, but it's been a long time since I was there while it was being used. It's not in a perfect area of town, but it is convenient. There is a lot of sunshine and the baseball field area takes on and holds a lot of water when it rains. I took my grandchildren out for Halloween this was the best no contact situation for our young and everyone was wearing mask and glove the children was greeted and cand was placed in there bag alone with information about the church also was given pass to Star's and Stripes for use in the future. I even got candy to enjoy for being there with the children. I just want to send praises up for all the staff that worked so hard to make this Halloween a Success may God continue to bless each one with uncountable Blessings .

Great place to walk with a decent distance and enough hills to get your heart rate up. I walk 5 miles with a 20-lb weighted vest. Be careful of the time of day if you're a female. Walk in pairs if you can. If not, make sure there are plenty of people there. Just because it's a public park, it has had its problem concerning safety, especially with women and not joking but white vans. Please be careful of the heat if you're walking mid-day or in the afternoon and make sure you bring your hydration. Be sure you use the bathroom...
