Mi Hacienda — Restaurant in Columbus

All of the food was lukewarm when we received it. There were 3 of us and my baby and we had chimichangas, pollo loco which apparently come with beans and “salad” so they can make you plate look full without the actual meal you requested, fajitas that were so room temp, they could’ve brought the “hot plate” out with their bare hands. We spoke with the manager twice about this issue and requested they just discount us instead of remaking the whole meal. They said because we DID NOT complain about the food being room temp, we weren’t entitled to any discount of our ticket. We did not want a new meal. We wanted to be accommodated for the lackluster meal we were already served. We could’ve completely left the building and given them $0. Instead, we’re out of $85 and still hungry bc the manager would rather receive that one time payment of $85- instead of repeated business. I’m sure with how scarce the customers were today, that store won’t be in business much longer. So hey, some lessons have to be learned the hard way. I won’t be patronizing them ever again. Bc the customer service is just as important as the product. There’s no reason I should be here leaving a bad review on a restaurant I’ve been to many times. Nothing is different. The crew is the same. The menu is the same. Yet, the service and food were completely garbage. Hopefully our bank allows for the charges to be disputed bc, as I type this, I’m getting increasingly irritated and now I think they deserve nothing for this experience. My cousin brought a pitcher of beer from this place and she drunk the hold pitcher, so she didn't have no high feelings after she drunk this beer. This beer were water down. This Mexican restaurant is getting people's money by adding water into the beer. Also I ask the guy for a shrimp taco, so he brought the shrimp taco to the table and I guess they didn't think I were going to look in the taco, and it were only 2 shrimp in the taco. So I call the guy over to the table and I told him, so he said that he don't believe that, he thought that I had ate the shrimp out of the taco. Never go back to this restaurant again, they all about getting your money, and not enough food. Only two shrimp in my taco and my food were 8 dollars and some change. Today I went here for lunch with my sister's. The restaurant was not too crowded, yet we received limited service from the staff. The staff members were unfriendly and there was no hospitality. The food was absolutely terrible. It arrived to us after a 30 min wait and was cold. Not only was the food cold it has no flavor and the taco shells were old. We spoke politely to the staff about this and the staff did nothing to rectify the situation. They wanted to get us our the doors as fast as possible so they offered us a 10% discount. On top of that they(tried) to charge us for things we didn't order . Taco Bell would've been better than this garbage. Not only was the food the lowest of standards , but also the staff members. Please turn around and eat somewhere else.. .. go home and cook ramen noodles before eating...
