Paseo Nails & Spa — Attraction in Columbus

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I walked in and the lady said 10 minutes. I asked her if she knew how to remove "powder" and she said yes. After 30 minutes of soaking my fingers in acetone she started scraping at my nails with a metal tool. My fingers were so dried out and my cuticles were bleeding. I had to ask her to stop and she said "okay 10 dollars". I'll attach a photo of my nails so their work can be shown.. I've never been so disappointed. All she had to do was say "no, I don't know how to remove that." Instead she ruined my nails. I will never come back.

Besides the terrible service and nail damaging experience, the place is a mess. There were finger nail trimmings at the table I was at. The pedicure stations looked so dirty I didn't even think about getting one. Their children were running around barefoot yelling and eating food. I'm not sure how they passed their inspection....... They're in need of another. Overall, this is a very "grungy" nail place. It's cheap, but you're getting cheap quality as well....

I got a basic mani and pedi. My biggest complaint about the mani is the tech (i believe owner) used a drill on my natural nails. I had no polish; and i wasn’t getting any polish. My natural nails are destroyed now and I’m waiting for them to grow out. It looks like i had acrylics and you can see dents in my nails. No trimming of my cuticles she just drilled it right off. I ended up with hangnails and bleeding. As for the pedicure, there was no plastic cover over the soaking tub. And the tools used were not the type that come in an unopened package and look new/sterile . Ignore all of the negative reviews you read on here. I went in today for an acrylic fill in and had an amazing experience. The service was prompt, they figured out a way to get the exact color I wanted, Jack was full of good conversation, and he made suggestions that weren't simply to get more money out of me. Prices were pretty reasonable. It was obvious that they actually care about returning customers and take pride in their work. He took steps throughout to make the final product as close to perfect as possible. Nothing felt rushed and it was the most comfortable, relaxing nail experience I've ever had. 10/10, hands down.
