Vivi Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Columbus

We tried Vivi Bubble Tea for the first time on Friday. This location is conveniently located in a little strip on High Street, with clear signage out front.

While we did find a menu online, it didn't say what was in every drink. We noticed the same thing when we went into the store, so we just ended up asking the employee what the ingredients were.

We got 1 passionfruit tea with mango popping boba and 1 pineapple mango jelly tea. -I got the passionfruit tea with "less ice" and "50% sweet" - and they delivered on both! The tea had good flavor, the boba was fine, and it wasn't too sweet at all. I'd definitely get this one again. -My bf got the pineapple mango tea. I don'y know if it automatically comes like this, but it seemed to be blended ice. Like with mine, this tea was a good sweetness level.

The inside of the store was bright and clean, with seating available if you want to drink inside. Overall, my only issue was the lack of a menu that explained what was in each drink, but it was easy enough to resolve. I would come back to this tea spot when I'm in...

While my tea experiences here have been a little variable, I have to admit they really made a solid Passionfruit Lemon bubble tea this time. Their grapefruit tea is also pretty good, and it’s not easy to find a good grapefruit tea around here~ While they may not have the finest quality in tea leaves, they offer a plethora of fun and imaginative teas. Whether the more spectacular drinks (such as the galaxy tea) can hold up from a flavor perspective is up for debate, but the place has flair and makes for an interesting experience. Vivi's is one of my favorite boba spots. I recommend their milk based teas and floats. They have a wide variety of flavors and toppings that you can choose from. Compared to KFT and Chatime, I like their milk teas here more than the fruit flavored ones. This is a good spot for small groups, kids, and to take a break.
