The vibe is "secrets of life"! As you open the door of an establishment, you realise you have inadvertently stepped through a portal into a secret grotto somewhere!!! A mystical cave, ready to share its wealth of knowledge and energy with you, traveller! You are instantly engulfed in, and hugged-very gently-by the aroma of "a house blend" [of] incense, as your eyes try to decide just WHERE to focus in this magical cave you have stumbled upon! Perhaps on the meticulously cataloged and displayed crystals, gems, minerals and other gifts from earth...some raw, some tumbled...some common (abalone), some rare (natural ruby and sapphire!)...baskets askew, waiting to be filled with your selections (be sure to grab the free identification cards, otherwise you'll never remember if that is obsidian or onyx?)...ask nicely and the amazingly humble and insanely intelligent humans working there will bag your finds individually! Also check out the shelves of Tarot...they are always getting new stock! So amazing. The bookshelves are drool worthy...but mind your drool! These are rare and precious books my friend. Well, some, like Crystal's for Dummies...not so much! Lol. But still a VITAL addition to your collection. The stock is constantly rotating so grab it if it resonates, honey! I do, and I'm NEVER let down! The entire place is a kaleidoscopic wet dream for anyone of a Spiritual Nature. There are incense, cone and stick. Aromatherapy. Leather-bound journals. Floral Essences (the kind you ingest!)...get hip, these life changing! Of course there are encouraging and inspiring and life affirming trinkets and hangings and decor in every available space! The wall, the floor, the tops of shelves, on top of other items?! You might turn and walk right into a dream catcher! Be aware. For many many reasons. While checking out, you will see the JEWELRY case...my 2nd fave. Aside from the orb cages meant to hold your gems and crystal so you can wear them....they have a jewelry collection so extensive it wraps all three sides around their check out area! Found items, antique, vintage, repurposed, the more EXPENSIVE and The CRYSTALS WITH THE MOST POWER are back there...like the Sterling Silver and MOLDAVITE Moon Goddess pendant I purchased there. Intense piece man. I must be cautious when I wear it. Finally, my FAVORITE part of this store? The little room off to the side by itself? It's a MUSEUM! YEAH! I mean, sure, the pieces are for sale..but they don't expect people to rush in to pay 300 for a giant stalagmite...soooo....yeah. For now, and for a long time it has been, a display of epic proportions! A salute to the fantastical world of gems, crystals, and minerals....the Large, the crazy, the stupendous, the abnormal, the clever, the historic, the intriguing...they have it all! And like everything else in this land of magical fancy...the ebb and flow is as organic as their products!!! Meaning? It's always changing, my friend! Why not come travel to this little slice of mystical happiness sometime soon, and add YOURSELF to the list of organic treasures that blessed their space, huh friend? If nothing else, come clear your mind, senses, and chakras with the sage bath they regularly perform in the space (with so many bodies coming and going...its simply their due diligence. After all, they are purveyors of items that catch and retain energy. )I promise you will leave with a sense of peace and wonder, if not bags full of trinkets and...
Read morei just want to say the first time i went in there i was with my brother and sister, it was a bit over whelming and the staff kept glaring at me. the lady who checked me out was really nice and seemed to have positive interactions with other customers which i wish i could say for a majority of the staff but unfortunately i can’t, i’ll get into that more in a sec. it wasn’t too bad of an experience i would say it was most likely my anxiety that made it feel so off. but the second time i went in there i felt a little better bc i knew what i was getting myself into but i was still getting a bunch of stares/glares from the staff. i ended up getting a few crystals and a selenite bowl. i got rung up by 2 young girls i think maybe teens or young adults i’m not sure but i was so anxious bc i j overall don’t like having to talk to ppl/check out at stores without self check out so i didn’t really hear the total of everything i got. i finished paying and was waiting for my sister to pay and one of the girls was glaring at me again so i looked at her and she j sorta gave me a weird smile(she had a mask on so i couldn’t rlly see but i could tell she smiled) and looked away. anyways we get home and i’m look at all the stuff i got and started to realize that my receipt didn’t match the total of everything i got so i told my parents they even double checked everything and i was over charged by almost 16 dollars. i was already anxious enough i didn’t want to go back and explain to them that they over charged me so i had my dad go but later got a text asking if i bought an amethyst(which i didn’t) bc the worked there was trying to say i did which even so the amethyst they sell are only like a dollar so i still would’ve been over charged by 15 dollars if i did get the amethyst. reading some of the reviews i realized i’m not the only person who’s had a similar experience so i decide to leave my own little story that happened to me so ppl know that it wasn’t j a one time thing. i’m disappointed with the staff there and how rude/snappy they are, it feels like you can’t ask any questions without feeling stupid for not knowing. i will say i’ve seen some of the staff be polite and willing to answer questions with other customers but that wasn’t the case for me. they also seem to watch my every move as if i’m going to steal something. like okay i kinda get it u have to watch out for ppl stealing but with the amount of times they stared at me it seems like they weren’t doing a general look around it seemed like they were targeting me. overall in my opinion it’s a nice store to go to if you really know what you’re doing and don’t need to ask questions about things. but if you’re like me and you feel really anxious and uncomfortable in small stores where it feels like everyone is staring you down while you’re trying to shop i wouldn’t recommend it you probably won’t have the best experience. they do have wide variety of crystals and other stuff so if you’re looking for something and don’t want to drive too far than this is still an okay option j not the best but at least it’s better than getting scammed on...
Read moreI just recently had my first visit here w/ a friend of mine and it was so nice, the staff were all so nice, I go in to the store about a week later with a girl friend of mine, I spent about 200 total from both visits combined. She & I both buy one incense, some crystals & I also bought a citrine pendelum. As soon as we get back to her apartment I’m trying to peel off the sticker and chain breaks, I check my receipt & she checks hers & we notice the male worker charged us $12 for the essence incense marked $4 on the wall. I call the store the next day letting them know what had happened. I don’t live in Columbus but my friend does so I’m not down there much. She goes back to tell the workers what happened & how I called and explained the situation, the workers were rude to her b/c they didn’t believe she was telling the truth. The pendelum was $16, and for both incense we should have gotten $16 back. The workers were snappy to her and only gave us back $20 total. I was so upset b/c the pendelum chain was just bad quality & I lost money b/c they didn’t believe us. The male worker said “I would never ring an incense up for $12” but he did though. You made a mistake & now I lost money from it. Really disappointed, also both the workers who were there when my friend went in were there both times I went into the store. Just upset about the whole situation, & the receipts should be...
