I purchased the iPhone 16 from the location on 161. Which was supposed to have been unlocked, to use with any service. Try to activate it. On my service found out. It was locked took it back to the cell phone store. He wanted to charge me $300 to do a return. For a phone that he sold me, which was locked and should have been unlocked, so they made me get a phone that I didn't even want to keep from paying a three hundred dollar restocking fee.Please avoid this place.You can get a brand new phone for damn near at the same price. The guy behind the counter, who is also the realtor. Got all aggressive with me. Act it like you want to fight, told me. Went into this store last night to get a new phone for 1 of my kids. Was wanting to get a phone that was listed on the facebook market place when I went in there the guy at the counter was extremely rude right off the bat. He grabs 3 different phones of the same model. 1 of them literally was busted and had many visible cracks thru the screen. The other looked like someone dragged it from their car on their way to this store. And the last one has scratches all over but was somewhat ok. The only one that was half way decent was actually literally more expensive than going to microcenter and purchasing a certified refurbished phone with fully warranty and a charger just like a new one. I would definitely say to avoid this place all together...

Absolutely horrible place they will sell you bad phone that will work for a weeks or so … employees have an absolutely terrible attitude then the owner will blame you for your response but won’t have this family members ( his employees ) held accountable… I ADVISE YOU TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE . False advertising on Facebook & building flyers as well .. it’s unsettling how I go through the comments and everyone says the same thing , but the owner refuses to take accountability for his business.. bad...
