
The reason why I give this restaurant a 1 star is because, I paid for my meal, and filled out my receipt like I normally do. But the waiter that wasnāt helping us, she was not being talkative at all, and yeah she would ask is everything good and just walk up to are table and not say excuse me at all, and just refill are drinks. Plus walked mostly around are table, and are selection and then when we all was talking got real slow to hear are conversation. People really donāt like when waiters do stuff like that, and people never say something when they see it. Cuz we trying to eat in all. but their was no problem until this. It was time to pay so I paid with my credit card, and then she gave me the receipt to fill out and then I processed. But when I wrote for the tip 0.00 with two // on the 0.00 which means...Im not giving up tip. Iām just paying for my meal which is okay but law. Iām not required to pay a tip, if itās not Mandatory. The lady at the counter literally changed her whole face language and said after I filled it out, oh no tip for waiter. And before I could say anything someoneās else I was with was forced/ scammed to pay 6.00 tip just for a waiter. So their wouldnāt be a long conversation on why you not paying a tip.. So rather someoneās else sees this or the company owner see this, you need to stop thinking for a buffet restaurant that is required to pay a tip for a waiter thatās not as communicative as they should be, COVID-19 has nothing to do with why you shouldnāt still give good service, as you did before all this happened. You need to work for a tip, that is waiter service 101 work on talking and be friendly with all people, not a creep. So I will never eat here again and companyās need to learn that itās not right for yāall to be giving the impression that someone owes you something. So please check yourself. And for this owner I really hope you see this.. you need to change how your counter lady need to act with customers on a tip and not try to play that sympathy role. And go around some elseās and try to get a tip still. Because one day, you going to get the right person that give you more than a tip, their pieces of mind. And you should know...

I walked in looked nice thought the food was going to be really good. got a big plate and then on my way back noticed a sign that said food was put out 2:30pm for sushi it was about 6:30pm dinner time things should of been fresh? I over looked it like maybe someone forgot to change the sign? sat down to eat it looked OK but once eating it i realized it was all old they where kinda slow but still at 13 dollars a person it should be fresh sweet and sour chicken that was old not crispy at all tasted microwaved and cold along with many other dishes the soup was probably made at least the day before the lil cake desserts where HARD and stale. i love Chinese but this place makes me NEVER EVER want to eat it again! both my boyfriend and my stomach started hurting in the restaurant. on the ride home both of us felt SICK i was unsure what way this food was going to come out but it feels like we had food poisoning!!!! thank god his house has two bathrooms because we both ran to them soon as we got there! now its about two hours after we left now and i still feel sick! i never did a review before but i felt someone has to tell it like it is people should be warned! ive never ate anything that made me feel so sick! after 30 $ wasted for two people now we both feel horrible ! this was the worst place ive ever ate at and the price for the low quality OLD food !!

Have actually been going here for years but never reviewed it. Having read some of the other reviews I want to address a few things before I begin my own review. It has been said that variety has suffered at the buffet since the pandemic, this is true to a certain extent but really no more than many other restaurants. One reviewer seemed truly upset that the staff still wear masks, donāt really see this as a down side but ok. Another reviewer gave a one star review because he felt they tried to guilt him into tipping. I have never had that happen but then again I tip based on service and have never felt underserved here.
The restaurant
The restaurant is clean, the steam tables well maintained and stocked. The atmosphere is nice with music plays at low volume so as not to interfere with table conversation. The interior layout it set up so that noise doesnāt carry from one area to another.
The People
The staff at Super Seafood Buffet are friendly folks most of whom have been working here for several years. They always seem happy to see you and are attentive to your needs while dining.
The food
The hot food at Super Seafood Buffet is held in the steam tables at safe temperatures (I checked with my own thermometer) is well cooked and seasoned for a variety of tastes which is a feat because everyone has different tastes. Overall the food is good but for a buffet it is outstanding.
Bottom line if you want food the way you like go to a restaurant, order off of a menu and be prepared to pay more. But if you want good food quick, with a large variety all for a decent price visit Super Seafood Buffet.
As said earlier, I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. I would have no reservations in recommending Super Seafood Buffet...
