It's like they go to work and purposely want to piss people off. I don't know what's going on at this pawn shop, but it isn't ran with integrity anymore. I get there because I forgot that I pawned my laptop, so they sent⁷ me a letter in the mail about paying the interest which is $35. Great, (but They tell me nothing about bringing in your inital ticket or it would be an extra $5, as you can see on this letter) Because I already have this notice, Why would I KNOW THAT I HAD TO bring in the actual ticket IF YOU DIDNT LET ME KNOW IN THIS LETTER? Because I'm not redeeming it, I'm only paying the interest of $35 SO You're basically robbing people doing this, if that ticket was so important that would have been in the notice they sent as well and that's called "professionalism". Once I redeem my item from this pawn shop I will no longer work with them.They are very unprofessional and they do not deserve anything...
