They were very slow The gril in the drive-thru was doing the best she could They forgot my biscuits so I had to go inside When I got in there I stood there for about 4 minutes watching employees walk back and forth with no one acknowledging me until I think the lady who may have been the manager finally was done with what she was doing she took my order and as I waited for my biscuits there was this male employee that was going back and forth from the back of the store then out the front door going to sit in a car and then came back again and then got food and then sat back in the car and then came back and start like making somebody's order and then sat back outside in the car and I'm like what the heck is he doing he was going back and forth from behind the counter grabbing food touching stuff with no gloves on going back out to the front sit outside to Kiki with some other young man that was in the car I was so glad it was the lady getting my order but either way it's still look not as sanitary it should after all of that I went out to my car decided I did not want those biscuits and I just threw them in the trash because just thinking about the guy not wearing gloves I...

This place has rude servers. I went in for lunch and I thought I was lucky because there was no one in line inside. But consider bussiness was at a low I still had to wait to even be acknowledged. There was three front counter servers not including the manager. Everyone just seem to walk right by the counter not even saying hello or give me a minute. I was finally assisted by a young man with ponytails, Ricardo, he attempted to take my order but avoiding eye contact at all cost. His lack of focus is probably why I had to repeat my order again and again. Once he acknowledged my order I told him I don't mind waiting for a fresh batch of fish. He then turned to his manager and mumbled something about " Is today the first because people are asking for fresh chicken and stuff" then continued to joke about EBT recipients. I found his comments rude, unprofessional and down right discriminating. I contemplated filming and posting this on social media but at the time I changed my mind. Edit: New people Gone, Cashier lied and said that a customer had locked the key in the restroom and the manager was bringing a spare. Manager came in as we were getting ready to go and he didnt know what we were talking about when I asked about the key. It several times I have heard their restoom is out of order as well Sooo assume NO RESTOOM at this location. Previously: They hired new people and they give good customer service the wait time at the drive through is about the same as going inside except sometimes the drive through is closed. And sometime they'll close it but don't put up cones to let people know until they have already pulled up to order.
