Stile by Per Lei — Attraction in Concord Township

An employee, or maybe the owner, was getting something from Target in a van with "Stile by Per Lei" graphics all over it. When she was done with the cart, she pushed it away and the wind caught it and accelerated it into a parked car. As if that wasn't bad enough, the cart return was directly opposite the lane from the parking spot the van was in. When confronted, the employee/owner just said, "okay." She clearly did not care.

I believe your company is a direct reflection of the people you employ. Apparently this individual is lazy and does not care about other people's possessions. Make of that what you will. But judging by other reviews of this boutique, your hard-earned money would be well-spent elsewhere. I know we will not...

My daughter and I shop here often and absolutely love their clothing – but this review is about Customer Service and how they don't value people who come in regularly. We bought a pair of high-rise black flare jeans a few months ago and just wearing them on this spring like day, and they literally fell apart from the backside to the inner thigh. Cutest slippers ever. Got them for my daughter. Tried to return or exchange the very next day, because they r too small and they would not accept it bc “all accessories are final sale”.
