An employee, or maybe the owner, was getting something from Target in a van with "Stile by Per Lei" graphics all over it. When she was done with the cart, she pushed it away and the wind caught it and accelerated it into a parked car. As if that wasn't bad enough, the cart return was directly opposite the lane from the parking spot the van was in. When confronted, the employee/owner just said, "okay." She clearly did not care.
I believe your company is a direct reflection of the people you employ. Apparently this individual is lazy and does not care about other people's possessions. Make of that what you will.
