I would like to commend Flora, the manager of WHBM in Glen Mills, and her associate Pat, for going above and beyond in helping me shop. Their customer service and people skills are exceptional, and their patience is remarkable.

Wouldn't take back a Xmas gift that didn't fit. Apparently the return policy is in small print on back of the receipt. This was a gift and I was texted the front of the receipt only. There are no signs posted in the store either. So I'm stuck with an outfit that I don't like and...
