My husband and I started bringing our VW Bug and our Audi All Road in for service over two years ago. We were always more than satisfied with Brian and crew's professional and proficient level of service. Brian and his team are honest, hardworking and very dependable. They did a great job every time. This level of customer commitment was never more evident, than after my husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness two years ago. Brian went out of his way to help us. When a car wouldn't start while I was at work, my husband, weakened from Chemo treatments, called Brian to ask his advice. Brian not only gave him advice, but he was at our house not a half an hour later, to get the car started. Since my husband died 18 months ago, Brian and his team have gone out of their way to ensure that my vehicles are repaired in a timely and efficient manner. The level of customer service we have received at German Autowerks is outstanding. You would be doing yourselves a favor by making this...
Read moreHands down the best! I wouldn’t take my Audi anywhere else. I’ve brought my SUV there since I purchased it. Bobby and the team are incredibly knowledgable and provide exceptional service. Most recent experience- I had a flat tire while out of town and had to bring my car to a “chain” place for tire replacement. While I am grateful the place was next to where my tire gave out, the tech created a false sense of urgency and tried to get me to replace shocks and struts. I immediately called over to German Autowerks and explained what happened. They told me to bring the car right in and they would take a look. I stopped by the shop the very next day and was taken right in as promised. They confirmed that my car was running great and didn’t need a thing! I am one incredibly grateful customer that knows the value of...
Read moreI have a 2009 Mini Cooper convertible. The convertible top stopped working. Local mechanic wouldn’t touch it. MINI of Bedford, NH said it would cost $6k to repair; car isn’t “worth that” (owned it since 2009 only 34k miles on it) and I should just buy a new MINI… Found German Autowerks on the internet. They quoted me $3500. So I said fix it. Parts had to be ordered from Germany which was supposed to take two weeks. It took eight… when I picked my car up today the cost was $1500 instead of $3500. The owner of the shop read MINI the riot act and they gave him one of the two parts at no cost. So he passed along the $2k savings to me. Wow! I will never go anywhere else for service on my MINI or Audi. This place is incredible and...
