Orangetheory Fitness — Attraction in Concord

I have been an Orangetheory member for 2 years and I’ve enjoyed Orangetheory classes in both Canada and the US. Every studio I’ve visited have had the friendliest staff who can be more than accommodating to loyal customers who are spending time, effort, and money to feel their best in the OT gym. If you are looking for this type of service, I recommend going to any other OT besides this location. I was shocked by the customer service (or lack thereof in this case) and found that it does not align with the customer service I’ve received at every other OT branch. I am new to any form of workout and before trying Orange Theory had never set foot in a gym of any kind. I had huge self doubt about whether or not I'd even get through the first class. I did and have been delighted by the fact that not only did I get through it, but by the third/fourth class was actually starting to look forward to it. The staff are supportive, encouraging and friendly. Booking classes is straight forward, the studio is clean and the heart rate monitoring chart on the screen while you work out I find to be very motivational. I had experience like no other I was jogging on the tread mill and then I had to go as I'm walking into the bathroom 2 men sre kissing and FILMING IT! It made uncomfortable I had hidden the stall u gotta be kidding me because I asked stop 5 time in a row And they were yelling Offensive words After I told them to stop well I was in The stall, this stop Corporate needs to be involved. Gym memberships need to be revoked. My voice wasn't heard. This place it should be ashamed themselves!
