I debated leaving a review just because I don't like being negative but my ring was passed down through the family from my great great grandmother and now to me by my grandmother who is no longer with us.  I paid to have the shank thickened $80, a small missing diamond replaced $30, and the larger diamond secured by soldering $30.  It was not readyp when she said it would be, had to come back, she seemed very rushed, went back and picked it up but then noticed the larger stone was not secured as discussed, took it back again, she blamed her husband for that having not been done.  Picked it up again, at this point I was in a rush myself because I was trying to get to an appointment so I did not notice how poorly done the soldering on the larger stone was done and that the shank metal was slightly yellow...the ring itself is white gold so this shouldn't be happening.  Long story short I am not satisfied with what I paid for and I chose her because she had the best reviews...i would not recommend her...

I had been without my dad's watch for months- a pin fell out of the clasp and I just took forever to take it anywhere. I finally started carrying it around for "just in case" I was out and had time to stop somewhere. I spotted Na's a few weeks ago, and had a moment to stop in today. I waited my turn, told her my dad's watch had lost a pin and I couldn't find it. She says "it's OK- we've got that" and disappeared with my watch. I was looking around at all the beautiful, SO SPARKLY, jewelry and awaiting my quote, or so I assumed. She was back in like 4 mins, watch fixed! I asked what I owed and she just shook her head and said "oh nothing!" 😳 I was brought to tears and quickly got to my car so I could gather myself and not look like a crazy person lol. It's been just over a year since I tragically lost my dad and I felt like I had a piece of him back today. And she's got no idea she just did all that for me in a matter of minutes. I saw the comments and tried first, I took 2 watches that they would change the battery but they don't change them, then they give you a paper according to they give you a few days to pick them up but they don't write down the price and they told me what they were going to charge, I went and in fact it was what I paid so I liked it, I came back with a silver chain and a silver ring so they could change the clasp on the chain and put some 3 little stones on the ring that are not diamonds, they gave me money that was going to be $ 30 and within 8 days I was given the same paper and I trusted them again but when I returned they made a mess of each other and charged me $ 80 for everything it's a big robbery they are shameless because they don't write down what they are going to charge you on a paper and they charge you taxes and don't give you a receipt it's a scam I really do not recommend it just save yourself the bad taste of coming here and getting robbed they...
