If you have good quality gold DO NOT TAKE IT GOLDSTEALERS,they will lie, deceive, falsely claim, fabricate stories, and use every possible method of consumer fraud every known by humans.Id like to say even playing ignorant, but it appears they are truly ignorant. They actually think they can take peoples property, take pretty pictures, copies, and have you sign documents,as if they were legit, with no intention to pay a dime for anything.I have had two separate incidents over a long period,a returned check, for a large amount, and claim to have sent money to my bank account, just to criminally obtain all my private banking info, for unprofessional use.My worst mistake was thinking they would correct previous issues, when in fact they are still attempting to defraud, and steal valuable gold from the public.I gave them a break and withdrew my criminal complaints from the AHS office, and DAs as well, but it appears they could care less. They took my 3000plus dollars in gold, for a tiny fraction,781,and it's Friday the 9of August, five days after they took my gold,a cute email claiming money was sent, and not a sign of funds anywhere,STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Imagine, all I have felt with involving the owner,Amelia, and others at GoldWiser. After eight full days ,only due to being notified of a formal complaint issued through the BBB,funds were finally magically ,deposited into my bank, this was even stranger considering the owner made it perfectly clear that no payment would be made on weekends, and she would check on such the next week. Then in furious anger from pressure of complaints, she calls me threatened me with police action because I had filed a complaint with the BBB,which included her phone number.Clearly she was not educated enough to know that the complaint information is private, and after full investigation is complete, the BBB redacts any personal information before posting statements.Thr public needs to stay away from this operation,it is pathetic at best, and between attempting to steal gold, scam banks with false checks, and then threaten customers for legit complaining, well! That says it all, take your gold to a real business, stay away...
Read moreAnother more important edit: They told me I had 40 troy oz of sterling flatware. Afterward I weighed it on my digital kitchen scale, and even without the 9 knives (with big sterling handles), I have 37.2 troy oz. Most of each knife's weight is clearly in the handle, and with the non-sterling blades, together they weigh 21 troy oz. Even if the handles were only half the weight of each knife, I would still have way more sterling than they told me I had. So not only did they offer an extremely low amount, but they lied to me about how much silver I actually had.
Edit: I am removing the star I gave for politeness after the confrontational reply I received. Also to be clear, 40 troy oz of sterling silver currently has a melt value of $662 ($16.55 per t oz), not $415 like the reply says. $330 is less than half of that. They also told me that they do not match prices if a higher offer is found, despite claiming to have a best price guarantee.

Less than half of what it is worth just melted down. I asked why that was their offer, and she said "because that's the offer". Silverware is always worth more than its melt price. I understand a business needs to make a profit, but this offer is objectively just an attempt...
Read moreVery friendly staff, Misty was very kind (5 star service), and is located in a nice quite spot where you can get your business done peacefully. But thats all that's good there. I had stopped in to sell a 1900 $20 Gold Double Eagle coin and the first offer that was relayed to me was actually quite insulting. $800 dollars below what I had previously sold a coin just like it, sealed and graded MS63. When I had asked them to come up on their offer, they barely did, a whopping $100 bucks. The coin at current market value is fetching between $2200-$2600. And their final offer was still $600 below the lowest value of the coin. I unfortunately needed this money for an emergency tooth extraction, but will now have to get a loan because they couldn't do cash on a sale that big which is kinda understandable, But maybe let the customer know it's not going to be deposited same day, there are apps out there that let you do this you know. But it get worse, as I'm writing this review, their check still has NOT DEPOSITED, 4 days later!!!! Go anywhere but here, love the staff, owner will rip you off, and if you need money today, STEER CLEAR!!! 5 stars for staff, 1 star...
