Pine Hollow Shopping Center — Local services in Conroe

My wife Ashley and I eat at the Kioku Supreme Buffet every couple months and we both feel it is the best buffet we have ever eaten at with all its options. I feel we get the best "Bang for our $$$!"ll" here! American, Asian, and seafood .., crawfish options with the fresh grill that consist of chicken, beef and shrimp with all the fixings and spices grilled right in front of you after you make your plate. Our waitress "Little Lili" was wonderful and attentive to our needs. Amy the manager at the register was really friendly in conversation. She made us feel very welcome ... Thank you to each of you! The huge variety of food is impressive. The 4-5 plates full of food each (pic in review) that my wife and I made would cost $10-$12 or more each at most restaurants vs $15.59 last night. We were too full for dessert! Lol The only thing we disliked the last 2 times was they changed the self serve ice cream option to cheaper ice cream that is packaged vs self-service or dip your own out of 6 flavors in big freezer buckets they had on prior visits for years. Amy the manager said the ice cream station changed to packaged ice cream because they had too many complaints from customers that parents allowed small kids to dip their own ice cream and kids were licking the ice cream scoopers after dipping their own ice cream ...! Messed up poor parenting is prevalent we all know ,..! I never saw it myself. Basically, because some parents who don't supervise or watch or correct their children's bad behaviors we all have to do without the better ice cream option .... Sad Suggestion ...(?) Allow customers waiters or waitresses to get ice cream and dip scopes (?) Takes as much time as it would to refill a drink. My wife Ashley suggests more options or flavors of ice cream if possible and only packaged ice cream options or a frozen yogurt machine (?) Regardless of the ice cream poor parenting situation .... The service, huge amount of options, prices, .... all add up to the best "Bang for your Buck" buffet in comparison I've seen in the Houston area! ... Enjoy it folks...

My major complaint that I have about this particular location is that there is never enough frozen food to accommodate the flow of traffic. I'm not sure if it's ordering issues or that as soon as they stock those freezers in the back that it is immediately all gone. And if that happens enough they should up the amount that is being ordered and or stocked or limiting other customers to how much they can purchase at one time or it could be employees not stocking everything saving things for themselves. It doesn't matter what day of the week it doesn't matter what hour of the day that I've been in there the freezers are...

Here you'll find Star Cinema Grill, a similar cinema experience to Alamo Drafthouse, though lacking in all of the character & aesthetic that the Drafthouse brand carries with it. The food here is pretty good, but the alcoholic beverages are just pitiful. This location is a bit small and doesn't have very many auditoriums, so check online to make sure what you want to see is playing here. If you're in Conroe and want to see a movie without leaving the area, I'd come here. The other option is just an overall general...
