Worse experience ever never again it’s not my first time eating there but last night made me not ever go there again the waiter was very nice checking on us. My son order the quesadilla plate fajita de res, when they brought it out it was dripping fat and the meat didn’t look like fajita my son tried to eat but it was gross , waiter came by I told her that the meat was awful they took his plate ask if he wanted to order something else but he was grossed out. Once I asked for my check not sure if it was the manager or cook but he asked who order the food and asked what was wrong he did ask if it was our first time there in which I said no , he than said he has to charge the plate because nothing was wrong with the meat that it was good , I told him we have order the same plate before with no issues he proceeded to argue that the meat was fajita or soft meat stew that I was supposed to ask for carne asada in which I mention again I’ve order the quesadillas de fajita before with no issues. I asked him if he tasted it himself in which he said it was good that he has to charge me the plate because according to him nothing was wrong with the meat at that point I was over it told him that was fine I’ll pay for it once I got to the register I asked for the quesadilla plate back since I have to pay for it , there was some lady at the register and just rolled her eyes and told him to removed the plate from the check since they threw it out once again he try to tell me about the meat .. Read moreThis place was great till they accused me of putting my own hair in the food. Mind you, I have shoulder-length hair as does my friend who was with me and her boyfriend is bald. I presented the plate with the hair in it to the waitress, and she was like, "Let me see," as if she didn't believe me. Then proceeded to go have show and tell with it and brought back the manager. The manager with her hand on her hip says and I quote "well you ate off the plate, I know what you people do, idk you could have pulled your hair off your head and cut it, none of my workers have hair. The meat is gone on the plate." All the while my mouth is on the ground because I can't believe she just made up a whole story in her mind about me pulling a hair off my head, cutting it, holding on to it, and then pulling it out to cause a scene. Like I was so appalled and off put. I was so ready to call the city and inspector on them just because she offended me so badly. Worst experience ever. I hate having to give one star to any place. The lady charged me for the plate and took like 6 dollars off the ticket. Again, guys, I can't make this up.... I was so shocked. I didn't know what to say. I wish so bad I had taken a picture of the plate before sending it off. Read moreWe are visiting from out of town and finally found a place that makes vegetarian burritos we like. My husband ordered us two vegetarian burritos on Sunday night before picking me up from the airport in Houston. He picked up the food, picked me up and by the time we got home it was past midnight and the restaurant was closed. I took a bite of my burrito and had a mouth full of STEAK. We do NOT eat meat. I couldn't eat my burritos because they put a huge pile of meat on them. Very disappointed I threw them away. Now it's Tuesday, we are back in town (we stay at lake Conroe) and my husband decided to call to see if they will offer us food to make it right! We were told they wouldn't because we don't have proof 🙄 are you kidding me?? Why would I keep the burritos if they're wrong, and it was after you closed??? I am very disappointed with their customer service. If they would have made it right I would be a returning customer.
