Waterpoint Marina — Attraction in Conroe

I became a tenant at waterpoint their manager there referred me over to their mechanic that they normally refer and use according to him I left my boat there after 4 months to find out one of them had moved away to another country and the other one had taken over after missing my boat for so long I went only to notice a sign on the door of eviction I didn't know where my boat was somebody contacting me shortly thereafter said they had my boat it was at the shop next door I went and gave him more money to finish the job more time went by someone eventually contacted me saying they found out was the owner by the license plate on the trailer and the boat was in a shop worst nobody ever paid rents when I picked up my boat after spending money to have it transported on top of all the money I left there I found my boat partially gutted and parts stolen from it and all they could tell me the tenant never paid rent there this is water point marinas referral if you trust your boat with these people you're out of your mind you could look at the local police call reports and see my call as a missing or stolen boat was placed do not put your boat in this Marina you will regret it till...

We rented a boat slip for a week for the 4th of July. Communication with James (I guess the manager) was great. He was super friendly and helpful. The marina itself is wonderful, with clubhouse amenities including a full kitchen and bathrooms with a shower. The problem here is that Waterpoint is a marina AND event venue. There were 2 weddings while we were at the marina. There was NOWHERE to park. For one of the weddings, the caterer parked behind our truck, blocking us in. We also tried to take a shower one night, but couldn't. The wedding party was using the clubhouse to get ready for the wedding. It was really inconvenient to not to be able to use the amenities we paid for the use of. We really liked this marina, and were considering storing our boat here year-round. But not anymore. James and the team at Waterpoint are amazing! I was one of the original lessors of a boat slip at the marina when the Winkler's first got started on Lake Conroe. Through the many storms and water level rises and falls, they did a tremendous job of caring for the people and equipment and boats at the marina. They re-tied the lines many, many times on my sailboat and it stayed protected. I was always confident that my boat would sustain any adverse weather, even if I was not able to make it out myself. We have also loved that the Marina is so well-positioned on Hwy 105 at and near to restaurants and activities, which we have frequented. We would have our boat at no other marina...
