We have been here a handful of times as we love the concepts of tapas and drinks. The unfortunate part is everytime we go, the food completely changes. The first time we went the fries had some flare with an amazing seasoning and were tiny and skinny, the next time they were thick with no seasoning. The pizza comes out different everytime we’ve ever ordered it. The smash burger used to be skinny and truly a smash burger but now is 2 thicker patties. The most upsetting is the ceviche, which used to come out in a large bowl and was our favorite, now for the same price you get the tiniest portion and it’s completely different. I wouldn’t have purchased a lot of the food items the second time around if I knew how different they were because the flavor isn’t even close. We when asked when they changed the ceviche most recently they didn’t care and didn’t ask any questions despite us clearly being concerned of the price/quantity. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS! I would like to strongly advise against this place. While they have decent drinks and a cute atmosphere, they are very shady with how they handle business. They charged us for full priced drinks during happy hour (a difference of over $50) when clearly the receipt shows we were within happy hour timeframe. We went through all the right steps and procedures that they had us follow to go about getting refund for the difference. The “manager” never responded after a phone call where she stated a refund would be no problem with the receipt. I have been trying to get in contact with them since September 12th… to FINALLY getting an answer from the “manager” to stop calling her and texting her and that we will not be receiving a refund? Then proceeded to say the owner would be in contact, which shocker, haven’t heard anything from the owner. This was a very simple fix and we were nothing but respectful going about getting a refund and in return, got unprofessionalism and disrespect. We really wanted to love this place due to its location and menu, but after 5 visits, it continues to disappoint. 1st time we came great service, food was good, and we were so excited to come back. 2nd-5th times food was not on par, we ordered a flatbread and a burger when they were slow (only 1-2 other folks in the place). The burger came out and the flatbread anywhere from 20-40 mins later. I asked several times to inquire about the status of my flatbread and was told it’s coming. Tonight was the point of no return, we ordered a flatbread and chicken wings while only 2 other individuals were in the restaurant. We were brought the incorrect flatbread initially, 30 minutes after that, we were brought the correct flatbread and when I asked about my husbands wings, I was told they’re coming. 15 minutes later my husband goes in to asks about them (we were sitting outside), and was told, “they’re coming”. 15 minutes later they show up unsauced and raw.
