We used to come twice a week for their salad and pizza. Unfortunately, their quality of pizza and dishes began to decline rapidly. About 3 months ago, I got very sick from eating there but we decided to give it a try since it had been several months. It was a good experience so we came back a few days later...
Suffice it to say, it was a nightmare. The assistant manager did not know how to add our purchase to our reward account. All the employees were laughing loud and playing around when they should have been focusing on the job at hand. While sitting and waiting for our order by the pizza counter, we witness a guy in a black uniform walk in with a box went directly to the food prep area, socialized with the lady who was making the salads, and walked right out. Keep in mind, he did NOT wash his hands or apply gloves. He then came back in, and then stuck, what we later discovered, were unsanitary and unclean knives for the prep station. This is a SURE RED FLAG! Of course, I got management involved who began aggressively interrogating employees in front of customers. Moreover, they didn't speak or understand English so the coworker was having to translate the manager. It was unbearable to watch, so I intervened. The poor food handling standards, food consistently, and poor leadership/management could be the reason why THIS CRUST Pizza is consistently empty when we come.
This place has so much potential and a great location, but there needs to be some serious training on food handling, safety, and leadership. Very disappointed and upset...

This evening I was delighted by the service I received- then I sat near the front of the store to wait for my order....
That is when I couldnât believe what I was witnessing.
While waiting for my meal I observed some of the best customer service I've ever seen.
Upbeat. Inviting. Body language, tone, & personality was delightful. The environment of this establishment was refreshing.
It was such a HUGE difference from the service I and many others have come to except as normal service these days.
I used to be a MOD Pizza customer- we waited for years for one to be built in Montgomery. However out of the five times I ordered the food from there I took a bite and was done. Sometimes we make the trip to Conroe but it's a drive. Unimpressed with the Montgomery MOD. Disappointing for sure.
I'm super pleased to spend my money at CRUST Pizza (in the Starbucks/Fajita Jacks on lake Conroe- parking lot).

Thank you Crust...
Read moreI've been getting delivery from Crust since I moved to the area. It used to great, always arrived hot and the order was correct.
In the past 8 to 12 months it's taken an opposite turn. My order arrives with some sort of error 75% of the time. The dressing is almost always wrong which seems the easiest thing to get right. The dressing cups are 1/4 to 1/2 full if they arrive correctly. Other times the food is wrong as well.
I called to complain because it's happened so many times at this point. I was told it's the fault of both the Uber driver and the kitchen staff who don't speak or read English, which is obviously a problem. But if the staff and manager know that's a problem, there should be more double checking to ensure orders are put together according to what the customer paid for.
I don't what has happened and why the orders have so many issues but it will be last order with Crust. Tired of spending money and waiting an hour for food I...
